And whether someone is from Alabama-- a point you have harped on time and time again and the main part I disagree with-- is ultimately a fairly small part of the pie as to whether one should care about the result of a senate race. For each thing they vote on that affects Alabama, there are going to be that many more things they vote on, argue for, etc etc, that affects other states-- so really every close senate race should be cared about by anyone, particularly when there's not a super strong party majority in the senate. --- No problem!
