Plus, there are the DLC episodes featuring the other party members (although the Ignis one isn't out yet). Dangerous Ariana is a collaboration character that does not originate from any actual game and/or originates from the real world, though I suppose you can argue the real world is a part of the FF series anyway so maybe the point is moot
