Before the Storm

Life is Strange is very overrated but it was still good, the demo looked promising (though Chloe sounds very off..with the new voice actor)

Don't care about Sonic Mania, 2D Sonic were always meh and the only reason the very first 3 games are so loved is because we didn't have any other good platformers back then (besides Mega Man and Mario)

Uncharted looks good like always but again, no PS4. Probably the first series I will play when/if I ever get a PS4

Mario Rabbids will bomb, I expect a 65 metascore

Just Mario + Rabbids for now, that was the surprise hit of E3 for me. I am also cautiously looking at Sonic Mania and Life is Strange, we'll see how the reviews pan out for those.

I'm still pretty salty about Cliffy B's description of Lawbreakers as "Overwatch for adults, because you know, you look at Overwatch, and that's kind of got a look like it's for kids and anime nerds."

So way to throw shade at your highest potential playerbase I guess.

I've had my eye on Agents of Mayhem. I'm not 100 percent, but the studio has done some pretty fun stuff with Saint's Row so I want to see what they do.

Idk, I just prefer Lawbreakers gameplay, high octane and really high skill cap.

Well in the sense that your aim needs to be good yes, Lawbreakers has way more mobility, meaning your positioning and momentum as well as your aim are all put to the test as well.

It's much more of an arena based twitch shooter, whereas Overwatch is a more relaxed affair. Both have their place, not sure why you seem so fanboy-ee about it when it's not like Overwatch is gonna disappear because of it. Most people will prefer the casual nature of OW.

The only two games I care about on this list are Sonic Mania and Mario + Rabbids.

And to my surprise, as much as anyone else's, the one I'm looking forward to the most right now is Mario + Rabbids.

Not that I can play either because the most advanced console I currently own isn't even a console, it's the 3DS

Not really seeing where you're getting the fanboyism claim from, I just think Cliffs claims of being a hardcore aesthetic are wierd unless he actually think a game that looks like HD UT2k4 is setting the character design world on fire.

It's just an odd position for him to take. You say they aren't comparable, but the push the community and some marketing is giving it as a direct competitor to Overwatch for "hardcore gamers" is making me think this is going to be Battleborn all over again. Don't try and make a push to compete with the top game when you aren't even making the same thing, how many shitty PS2 shooters died in obscurity with "HALO KILLER" plastered on the back cover?
