What's a library...?

sorta. I use the school library to study four days of the week, and I make copies and print stuff out there. I've never checked out a book though. I have a local library card, but it's out of the way and much smaller than the university library, so I never really get a chance to go.

Not lately, but in the past I would check it out. When I was in college and middle school, etc, I availed myself of the school library on a near daily basis. High school not so much.

In general, parking kinda sucks at my local library and I usually have enough reading material around anyway.

I've never been a big fan of reading books in my hand. It wasn't until the internet that I really began to do so. I don't think I've checked a book out of my current city library, and I've lived here on and off for 90% of my life.

I need to go there and print some stuff cuz my printer is being dumb. I also went there to play DnD and to tutor.

Not once. Books were good for passing the time during school and thats about it for me.

On average, I probably check out books once a month or so, and rent games maybe once every 4-6 months or so.

I literally just returned a book like two days ago.

When I was in high school I used it for movies frequently. Actually if the film selection at my library wasn't good I probably would have never gotten into film to the extent I did. But yeah from Sophomore year of high school to senior year I watched basically a movie a day and most of those were checked out from the library.

Now I still watch about a movie a day, but I stream or watch from my computer through other means usually.

I use to go almost weekly as a kid.

Now I get my books from those 'Free Little Libraries' people build on their lawns. I take about a dozen books and trade them for another dozen books. I have 3 within walking distance of my place so I vary between them. I like not having the looming due date to return them.

The only time I ever visit the Library is when I need to get the Icon so I can activate the Halo in order to eradicate the Flood infestation.

And the weird thing is, I wish I had a reason to visit the library more often. Folks tell me that movies are available to check out, and I still don't find the time to go over and look at the selection.

Now if we're talking about BOOK STORES, you couldn't keep me away from those with a crucifix and garlic.
