If we're talking about cards we used in 2023, then I'd definitely say Branded Fusion. It came out in Master Duel in late 2022, but aside from my #1 favorite deck Sky Strikers (but I didn't want to pick from that deck because Engage or Kagari would have definitely been my card of the year for 2022 and I wanted to mix things up) the most fun I had playing in 2023 was with various Branded variants, particularly Branded Tearlaments.

If we're only talking about cards that were released in 2023, then it's a tougher decision for me, but I think I'll go with Tearlaments Kitkallos. I had some fun with her in early 2023's Tear Zero format with multiple Tearlaments decks, and I'm still having a lot of fun her with my aforementioned Branded Tear deck even though I've dismantled all of my other Tear decks. If Master Duel had banned Kitkallos like the TCG/OCG did instead of the left-field Merrli ban, then my Branded Tear deck wouldn't even exist right now because it needs Kitkallos to function. I also really enjoyed Sprights (meaning Spright Elf is a contender), Labrynth (meaning Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle is a contender), Mikanko (meaning Ohime the Manifested Mikanko is a contender), and Vanquish Soul (meaning Vanquish Soul Razen is a contender) this year, plus Triple Tactics Thrust has been a really fun generic option, but I think I'll stick with Kitkallos.

Both, I don't play because power gap is strong and I grew up with the anime yet I wanted a usable Yubel fusion card for years so the card wasn't complete dead weight in a hero or neos deck and now thanks to the fusion as well as the spirit of yubel card I have that.

What I'm waiting for now are

Dododo rank 6 xyz monster
Performapal synchro and xyz monsters

Go second, break the opponent's board, then control and out-resource your opponent's comeback attempt and slowly chip away their life points. The deck can sometimes OTK after clearing a board by using Linkage, but usually the gameplan is to slow the game down to a grind game until the opponent's LP are low enough to finish them with Accesscode Talker or a series of repeated attacks with Linkage. If you're forced to go first by another blind second deck, then just summon Shizuku, search Engage, and pray to whatever god you pray to that your handtraps and backrow are enough for you to survive.

It really does sound like the entire deck is an extender for generic staples

Unless you like a "plucky new girl in a new environment learns to become competent and skilled in said environment" The pokemon themselves are but a backdrop to this story, as lately the franchise has moved away from making battles the major focus Pokemon Horizons is more about Liko's personal journey than her skill as a battler, Paldian winds is more about the trainers personal conflicts and drama over their skill as pokemon battlers, the japanese live action is also more about the characters conflicts and drama than pokemon battles as well. The only battle focused part of Pokemon now is the games like Unite, Go, Scarlet/Violet and Battle Masters

Over the course of several months I've been lending my brother money too that's what families do, well families who care about each other do, lend money, pay it back I would bet Trump's family has done that but they're all so greedy and selfish they probably didn't.

A lot of things happened during the pandemic one of those things was a massive increase in loneliness in everybody but especially men some of whom never really regained their social circles or fell out of them because their depression became "off putting" to the friends they already had who dropped them and for introverts like myself who solem interact with people unless absolutely needed it only increased that habit and made even more difficult to get out of and for some getting out of it was never an option, for some, it felt like "Okay, I'll die alone" and feelings like that can get worse and worse and worse until bad choices become worse choices but you get it, right? This might be just me but I feel like this went hand and hand with the rise of grifters like Andrew Tate who treat women as sex toys and preach masculinity at all costs all the time, you can't be yourself, you can't show any emotion but aggressiveness, you can't ever be happy unless you're having sex with someone you don't like or are hanging out with people you don't really have anything in common with.

I'm talking about men here but honestly, men, women, children,elderly, we're all in trouble we were wholly unprepared for the damaging effect of a pandemic would have on people's minds and where's completely unprepared for how that damage will impact us all now and in the future as negative forces prey on these problems for money and power.
