They went to the same school and everything, and at some point they ended up going out with each other.

I dont know the whole story, but it they both ended up knowing that they were cousins broke up immedietly afterward.

I liked Stelarris. Combat ain't so fun though. Best of the 4x space games though.

No Man's Sky is also quite fun in small doses.

I remember playing this space colonization game a couple of years, that was a lot like Evony, a kingdom/imperialistic game where you would conquer other players cities and occupy them.

Any games like this? Or anything just involving space battles in general?

If its gonna include colonization, I would prefer if it was realistic.

The real problems are climate change, mass extinctions, hellfires burning endlessly because of drought. Nuclear waste leaking and making people give birth to things that "Resemble bunches of grapes". Arctic ice melting, sea life dying. I sure don't want to live in a world where there are no bees or butterflies, no koala or tigers. At least I can give my hypothetical children the kindness of not having to be here for it.

My brother had a fish tank and some of the fish breeded just fine.

Two black fish breeded and had 3 babies. Both parents died and 2/3 of the kids died. Only one entered adulthood

I woke up 4-6 hours after my shift and thought I was supposed to come in during the evening. Turns out I was wrong. My alarm didnt go off because my phone was off even though I thought that it was on.

Anyone got any no call no show stories that anyone wants to share? I once did it at my previous job for the same reason above, but they werent really mad at me due to the job being prone to having tons of no shows.

Lately, the only thing that I have been eating is a couple of granola bars a day and one banana a day, and you know, I havent died or been hospitalized from malnulrishment, and I dont feel like I need to at all.

I haven't checked my weight at all, but I I reckon Ive lost about 20 pounds the last few weeks or so. Where Ive literally eaten the exact things that I've listed within the exception being the occassional fast food run and the occasional refrigerated dinner that mu parents made but I was either at work or in my room playing video games.

But my question is this: if people like me can eat like this and survive off of eating such a little amount of food, than why can't others eat the way I do and lose all that weight that theyve compiled over the years.

I was in my English class before the 1/5th period of the school day, and just the day before or the morning of: Ted Cruz had resigned himself to from the Republican Presidential Nomination. I don't remember whom I was speaking with, but me and my English teacher and a couple of other people were talking about how Ted Cruz has resigned, and I had ended up saying in the conversation that "Ted Cruz is Satan"

This girl whom I was "stalking" friend was in the classroom, and I saw her looking at me after I said that, and I looked at her and said "what? you got a problem with my opinion?"

So as the day passed I noticed that all of that girls friends were staring at me, and during the entire time I'm just wondering as to what the hell I did to make them all seem mad at me. All while I was getting on my phone, laughing at all of @Jen0125 's post and topics, because back then she was on fire in regards to her "shitposting". So everytime I was getting on my phone and laughing, they thought that I was laughing at her twitter post.

Anyways, a couple of days later one of her friends approached me and asked me why I was stalking her, and I just looked at her, dumbfounded at the concept, so I just turned around and walked away...XD

But later that day, I actually ended up going on her Twitter to see what she was saying and I saw a post where she said "I got wonderful news, Satan dropped out the race", and under that post was a picture of Ted Cruz and a link to an article of him announcing his dropping out.

If your mom has a problem tell her that you are the one working so you are the one that decides what kinda job you have

But I try to tell her that, she'll start charging me rent, and I don't wanna start having to pay bills that are just gonna have to force me to work some more at another job that sucks insanely.

I hate my job at a fast food restaurant, and I was thinking about doing Uber and Doordash instead of that since the jobs just sucks and the pay isn't that great :/. But my mother is insistent that I have a "real" job, even though I know people who make their living off of Uber and Doordash, and was thinking of doing those two as a form of part time gig while I focus on writing and school later next Spring.

I know my brother lied to my parents about his employment once a year of so after he graduated and was unemployed for two months, and when he worked he would just go to a friends house of sorts, and he also told me that he was going out with a girl in another close by town from my own.

The only problem that I would have with being "unemployed" is pushing myself to go out and get in my car and to go out and do making money with Doordash and Uber. Because I think instead of just going out and making money I might just bring a book with me and go read somewhere.

divorce?

I remember my parents would argue when I was 10-13 years old, and while I never payed attention nor cared about their arguments, I always wondered why they didn't just get divorced and call it a day. Whatever custody battle that would have taken place wouldn't have affected me as long as it didn't get in the way of my video gaming habit that I adored so much(and still do) at the time.

If my parents had ever gotten divorced than I would have perceived this way: If my parents are more happier apart, than by all means they should go ahead and have a divorce. I'll support them because as their son I want my parents to be happy, and if being divorced would help them do that than by all means they should go for it.

It's not that I'm not prepared for it. Its just that I know there are a lot less stressful jobs out there that probably pay just as well.

I had a coworker leave to go work at a retirement home, and she told me that its so much less stressful and far more relaxed than at Whataburger. But the pay is the same.

Never work a crap job for too long. It WILL kill you. Working a crap job while attending school just multiplies the problems. I had five friends die from heart failure in the ten years I worked for a phone company, and I was frequently experiencing defibrillation which was putting me in cardiac arrest almost every month, until a few months after I quit.
If you want to weed out terrible jobs, get an account at Glassdoor (or use a browser extension to block their cookies and whatnot) and look for the negative reviews of the location or company overall. The negative reviews of the company I worked for seemed to be the same issues people had at my location. Random pay cuts, massive increases in workload, elimination of sick days, being fired for submitting your two-weeks notice, being fired for complaining "anonymously" about management, removal of incentives, people being cheated out of hundreds or thousands of dollars in bonuses by management, who got to keep the money that wasn't paid out to their subordinates, bed bugs, fleas, communicable diseases, being attacked in the parking lot, and hundreds of other things that make work miserable.

One my managers once asked me if I was going to go to school while I was working full time, with some weeks being 50+ hours.

Because she is insistent on making me work even though it is almost impossible to get a job that will work with my hours and doesn't suck complete ass to work at.

I am currently enrolled in school, and I want to use this as a means to get out of my job while I do other stuff at the same time as school like Uber, volunteer work, and actually looking for another job and better job.

I'm willing to work, I just don't want to work an insanely shitty job like Whataburger. Like holy shit.

Waiting for calls and doing interviews is also super annoying and frustrating. Especially when you have a job that you just want to get the fuck out of ASAP.

I remember once talking to a coworker at the Golf Course that I worked with, a he told me in that the few years that he worked there that whenever a coworker got a new job, instead of putting in their notice they would most of the time just stop showing. That was mainly due the shit wage that everyone had and the fact that most people couldn't afford to put in their notice because another coworker told me that "it's all about survival".

I hate seeing topics that describe a horrific crime that had taken place recently, followed by a link to an article about said crime. I also hate how all of the following post in that topic are about how much of a scumbag that the person who committed a crime is.

I just don't understand why people post topics about terrible crimes occurring. Like, I get it. People in America are evil and they deserve the utmost scorn and cruelty for committing such cruel things that are described in the topics with the links post with them. But can we not just move on to a different kind of topic genre? One that doesn't inform of us of things that everyone already knows?

In the past, video games have sometimes gotten in the way of getting my college work done, with me getting only 70's in those classes.

And just recently, I was trying to register for classes, but I just missed TWO appointments with a career counselor, and so I scheduled another one two days from now at 11:00 am where the deadline for payments for those classes is only 10 hours afterwards.

So have games ever gotten in the way before? What did you do to combat it? I recently just uninstalled the game that has been responsible for it.

I've wanted to see something like that for so long, its unreal. I quit watching after the darkness was revealed because I just couldnt take it seriously after they strayed so far from the Biblical(mainly) and Judiacial lore.

Also, why the fuck did they even have to continue or even write so many end of the world plotlines? Like holy shit, can they not just make nothing but funny episodes and filler plotlines in supernatural? All these end of the world plotlines really fucking ruined the show for me.
