It's a bit of a Showcase law really, good in principal -- but the fact that it states "deliver first aid to the extent you are able to" means there's so many work arounds that the law itself is meaningless except to show (or showcase) the spirit of what it means.

Everyone is capable of calling 112 (911) and reporting that something happened, then following the instructions on the phone

Nope since a) mouth to mouth isn't compulsory and b) you can buy barriers/filters to avoid contact while giving mouth to mouth

It was an alternative YouTube client that disabled ads, let you play videos in the background, etc. Google knew about it and were cool with it, until Vanced tried to cash in with NFTs. Then they got a cease & desist order from Google
