Ask how the mileage is. Low mileage means no touchy, high mileage means you can generally touch hips and ass cheeks. They'll tell you the limits though.

Yeah you only tip stage dancers if you're by the stage and she gives you a quick show, and a few ones will suffice. I don't think his family is rich. I just went to his instagram and there's pictures of his family's house and they don't seem rich. I don't think he's rich either. Early on in a game where you unlock stuff, you should be able to unlock at least one major thing fairly easily. 2 and a half hours with nothing major unlocked is bullshit, and people know it.
