I just need milk and bread, I will be in the store for like 5 minutes. I have a cute outfit on that I am not covering up with a bulky winter jacket this time and my nails are a fabulous pinkish purple with sparkles. My hair is brushed out and doesn't look like it usually does and with my mask on no one will even know it's me and the 2 guys who work there that know me are probably not there at this time of night. And even if they are and they recognize me, I have to come out to them sometime.

Sorry for the shit posting, I just needed to work down my nerves a little. Only one non medical professional knows and has seen me presenting fem like this so far.

Honestly, Finn and Jake are probably some of the least interesting characters. They aren't bad, but the show is a lot better when it starts exploring the ice king, marceline, bubblegum, and a few others.

Honestly, I think it is still a little over fair market value, but it's a seller's market and I think I can do enough fixes and upgrades that I should be able to raise the cost when and if I resell.

Just got back from the meeting. My realtor says he talked to the sellers realtor and it sounds like he is trying to dump his rental properties before covid makes things worse so good chances he takes the lower offer. The tenants he was renting to were in the middle of moving out when I saw the house so won't have to deal with them either.

It has a few flaws, but over all it is a very enjoyable show. There is only a few episodes left of the first season and a second season was announced, so it is a good time to get into it if it looks interesting to you.

I would like to try the cheesecake factory before they shut down, Denny's is always toss up if it's good or not, and I have had the other 2 but neither are near me so wouldn't notice if they were gone.

Honestly that's nothing there is a 6 bedroom 4 bath mini mansion for 140, but it is out in the boondocks and requires some fixing up. You can get a really nice newer house for around 200-250 here. And there are actual mansions for the upper hundred thousands.

3 bed 1.5 bath. The full bath was recently refinished. I wish the tub was a bit bigger, but the bathroom still looks great.

Hey....you're not slacking at all!

Ever since I got on HRT, my life has really picked up. I'm down 80 lbs since January, I got a promotion at work, I started learning the flute and Swahili. I have to be a bit more consistent with my lessons, but I'm getting there. I can do the beginning of somewhere over the rainbow and I was able to pick out a few words when listening to a native speaker. I plotted out a story I am working on, but having issues with writing the plot in a way I like. I even picked up great courses plus and have been trying to learn some new things.

Are you doing a cash buy, that'll help alot, even if you just are pre-approved that could help as well.

It's a sellers market right now though so negotiating may be hard, i'm surprised it's been on the market for awhile the way interest rates are right now etc.

I am finishing off the approval with the bank tomorrow morning. Everything looks fine they just need me to come in and cross a few Ts and dot a few Is and I am meeting the realtor after work to send in the offer. As for why it is still on the market, they were originally asking 130,000 for it but reduced the price twice since. It does need a little work, but nothing major as it has an all new water heater, furnace, and roof. The biggest concern is the basement might have a leak, as it is a stone foundation, but it has a 3 car garage and I have a smart car, so I am not worried about storing anything down there and can look into water proofing it as even the asking price is well within my budget.

Learning. I would love to be able to draw, animate, sing, speak multiple languages, write the next Harry Potter, or play whatever song I felt like on random instruments and would take any skill, but I would like to get better at learning so I can do it all even if it took more time.

When I was a kid I did well in school, I was reading small chapter books by kindergarten and was excited when we finally were allowed to check out nonfiction books from the library, I was doing algebra in elementary school, and I loved it. But school was mind numbingly easy. Until it wasn't. After years of being able to just look at a problem and know the answer we finally started getting into things I didn't know or couldn't fully grasp within a class period and I had no idea what to do with myself. Or when showing work became more of a focus and a large part of the grade and I had to convert my just looking at a problem and knowing the answer into proofs and paperwork. That made even less sense to me. I began to suck at school. Which made me check even more.

I still like learning new things, but I lack the studying techniques and focus to really master any specific skill. But I have basic skills and general knowledge in a lot of different areas.

Honestly, I never had a crush like this on a guy before. I only just realized it was a crush like a week ago. I have known him for 25 years and we have been roommates, coworkers, and best friends for most of that. People have been telling us they thought we were brothers or gay for years and we always just laughed it off. It wasn't hanging out with him just because of a crush. I don't even know when the crush started, I just know I am crushing now.

Not telling them will most likely lead to more heartbreak honestly.

Either way will end that way, but I don't want to ruin a long term friendship over a little crush. I just also don't want the awkwardness that I felt while hanging out with him today.

If you actually want to be their friend and enjoy been around them due to that then I'd still say tell them. It may make things a little awkward but I'd assume real friends would be understanding.

I am 99% sure they wouldn't end the friendship over it or anything, but there is also nothing that can be gained by telling them except feeling a little better about myself. But I feel putting him in that position just to make myself feel a little better isn't fair to him.

It is not like my behavior has changed drastically or anything. We are just as close as we always have been. Slinging jokes, hanging at each other's houses, buying each other meals, going shopping together, he gave me a computer when my last one broke, I gave him a car when his brother needed one. The only thing that changed is now I have realized just how much I want to cuddle and hug him.
