Personally, I think it would be neat to be able to sing well. Or, in my case, at least not sound like a dying horse. It seems like fun even if you're alone, and it's even better with other people around to enjoy.

So, if you could automatically be good at something, what would you want it to be and why?

Basketball or fighting if Im gonna go sports wise, being able to be an artistic person would be cool. Rapping would be pretty awesome too.

From a financial aspect, if I could be suddenly "good" at something, it'd probably be investing or working the stock market. Make that money and retire earlier than I will likely be retiring at.

Money aside, I'd like to be good at carpentry, electrical wiring, or plumbing so I don't have to hire a tradesman to fix something.

It sounds like it has to or should be some skill we can do in real life rather than something supernatural, correct ?

In that case I agree it would be nice to be able to sing well . Maybe I would swap it for being a good gymnast.

Exercise and dietary adjustment will correct the first. Review what you're eating everyday and if it's caloric-intake is more than you're expending, exercise to utilize it. Go for walks, runs, use a treadmill/bicycle for an hour, etc. Losing weight usually isn't that hard, especially if you just want to drop. When gyms open back up, work with a trainer or ask around to bulk up.

If you don't already, learn how to cook well, and prepare all your own food. Will save you tons of money and you can control what goes in your body.

Highly recommend you also give a few weeks of tracking the amount of calories, fat, protein, and carbs in everything you eat. This will calibrate an internal way of gauging the nutritional composition of food, even when you aren't measuring it exactly.

Learning. I would love to be able to draw, animate, sing, speak multiple languages, write the next Harry Potter, or play whatever song I felt like on random instruments and would take any skill, but I would like to get better at learning so I can do it all even if it took more time.

When I was a kid I did well in school, I was reading small chapter books by kindergarten and was excited when we finally were allowed to check out nonfiction books from the library, I was doing algebra in elementary school, and I loved it. But school was mind numbingly easy. Until it wasn't. After years of being able to just look at a problem and know the answer we finally started getting into things I didn't know or couldn't fully grasp within a class period and I had no idea what to do with myself. Or when showing work became more of a focus and a large part of the grade and I had to convert my just looking at a problem and knowing the answer into proofs and paperwork. That made even less sense to me. I began to suck at school. Which made me check even more.

I still like learning new things, but I lack the studying techniques and focus to really master any specific skill. But I have basic skills and general knowledge in a lot of different areas.

Interesting. Learning is a great skill. It is a shame, though, that modern school's more about learning to play the system to get good grades than actually learning new material to broaden intellectual horizons.

That or fursuits. Some fursuit makers charge $5,000 and up. Though I think art would be easier to do and requires less in the way of supplies, especially if you only work digitally.

Yeah but it's not all about the money for me, I'd like to draw art for my friends or just to make people happy.
