Yeah it would be nice if the ticket banner drops this weekend. I couldn't resist the urge to pull on the Nappa/Vegeta banner and then I remembered, AGAIN, that there's a 200 stone guaranteed LR banner coming. I really regret pulling on that banner now but whatever.

I'm only at 200 stones now but at least we'll get a lot during anniversary.

I played against some Mage deck that kept drawing like 3 cards a turn so I figured I could fatigue him but then he didn't take any fatigue damage! I must have missed something weird about his hero power.

I've won 3 games with a Shaman deck that is honestly not very good at all. Spells are 1 mana cheaper and I managed to get the repeatable evolve card and evolved 4 minions until I got a charge minion to win.

If you haven't started the PS4 version then you might as well get the Switch version since it has extra stuff. I wouldn't say any of the Switch stuff is essential unless you want to play the whole game in 2D though. It's mainly QOL stuff and a few extra little story bits.

I'm at a point where they gave me a bunch of quests to kill things that are like 20 levels above me. Are these...post game quests? Do they want me to grind up to level 90 to do these quests now? Not sure I've ever seen a game give me post game quests before the game is actually over.

I managed to do some of them that just needed me to grab items by sneaking around monsters but I guess I'll hold off on the rest of them!

Yeah that's actually the build I'm running for Shulk. Two Double Attack gems and a Haste gem with Seven's skill and Dunban's skill.

The crits do a lot less damage than I was expecting, it's like 3K and 3.6K for a crit

Spending gems on Aggro Up/Aggro Down doesn't feel too good though and Dunban/Riki really struggle with drawing aggro in my opinion. I mean Reyn's whole kit is built around drawing aggro and it feels like that's not even functioning properly half of the time!

At this point my main team is Shulk/Fiora/Sharla. Shulk and buddy do a lot of damage and at least one will get to attack from the back if the other one has aggro.

Dunban or Reyn could fit into the middle slot too but they do slightly less damage. Riki is good in theory but again his kit relies on stacking debuffs and I don't think the AI is smart enough to do that. I only use Riki when I'm farming silver/gold chests.

I don't know how you would do it without slowing the combat to a crawl but being able to issue commands to your team would go a long way in making the combat deeper.

I almost never use Melia because I can't rely on the AI to cast the right spells at the right time but I also don't find her enjoyable to play. It's a shame because she has some really cool mechanics and ideas that are wasted by the AI just going ham.

Also maybe I'm wrong but Sharla feels like she has to be a permanent fixture because she's basically the only healer. Regen from water elementals doesn't really count because of the AI issues with Melia. Is the encouragement system supposed to replace healing if you don't use Sharla?

For context he made a Youtube video that was basically like "lol look at how broken aimhax are" and he used a second account. In the video he told people not to use the cheats because they'll get banned but he thought he was safe by using a second account.

Seems I was wrong about him being a repeat offender but yeah a lifetime ban seems like a harsh punishment for a 17 year old making a mistake like that. I agree that streamers shouldn't have special treatment and that's what you get for breaking the rules though.

A one year ban would have been harsh enough to send the message and also not ruin this kid's financial career but then you'd also have to change your policy to give everyone else a 1 year ban when they use cheats which isn't worth it.

My only qualm as a new player is that I wish the battle system were a little deeper. It's fine but literally every fight, whether it's a normal mob or a boss, has the exact same strategy. Wouldn't mind a few wrenches thrown in so that you actually have to mix up what you're doing but it's not really possible with this battle system.

Mixing up your main characters helps with the staleness but it doesn't do anything for the strategy.

I don't agree with what he's saying but I can at least see where he's coming from. The kid got a lifetime ban, I think, for using aimbots and he was making a lot money out of Fortnite. Streamers or content creators shouldn't get special treatment but it's also rough to kill someone's source of income because he made a mistake.

But I also think the kid was given a few chances and still kept using aimbots/hacks so I don't know. It would maybe be a little different if Fortnite didn't actively promote content creators and streamers in the game with creator codes and even things like Ninja skins. Fortnite is aware that people use it as a source of income but that doesn't mean they can't issue lifetime bans.

It's a shame that Ninja became the posterboy for streamers because he comes off like such an entitled brat sometimes. Should have been someone more wholesome like TimTheTatman

This is why you stream multiplayer games with a delay. Some games you can get away with it but in others, and especially those with real money on the line, it's a necessity.

They do typically use a delay when there's money on the line but most streamers like to be able to interact with chat. It's a double edged sword because most viewers are turned off by a long delay but it's the only way to play most of these online games and not be miserable.

Streaming in general seems like a pretty miserable job sometimes but it's hard to complain with the money some of them make.

Every new EZA basically wipes all of my zenni so I definitely need as much as I can get

This Blue Vegeta EZA has been a godsend for zenni. The levels are still super easy and they give 1.5 million each. I'm in the mid 50s and it still only takes 2-3 turns to beat him. Some people on reddit made it to 100 without any issues so that's an extra 105 million zenni if you have the patience to grind it out.

I did a side quest and it unlocked another option for one of the character's skill trees so now they have 4 paths instead of the standard 3. I'm assuming each character has 5 total skill paths but who knows which quests actually unlock those for people.

I did another side quest and it unlocked another Monado Art! That felt kinda weird from a story standpoint that nobody seemed to care Shulk was able to unlock more Monado power.

But yes I wish they would just tell me which side quests are actually important because even the affinity quests are mostly useless.

I knew about them but never bothered using them for my new apartment. Turns out all of the fans were going in the wrong direction and making my rooms way hotter.

Sony has a rule that any game going gold after July needs to have a PS5 version or PS5 support so I wouldn't be surprised if the extra dev time is so they can throw something together.

I have a feeling this is going to be a PS4 game on PS5 though, not really expecting it to run like a PS5 game if that makes sense.

I'm pretty sure there are some characters that only grant affinity changes after you've spoken with other characters also. The whole system is a bit of a mess and probably not worth the headache considering how easy the actual game is. Any rewards I get out of the affinity system or side quests will most likely not end up being justified.

Talking to everyone doesn't take much time at all. The problem comes later, when you don't know who you need to talk to again to update the chart.

I disagree mainly because the city maps are so freaking big and you have to change the time of day multiple times to get everyone to be available. It's great that the fast travel system is so quick but Shulk and company need to move at least twice as fast in my opinion. A turbo mode for movement would be a godsend
