So with this quality of life improvement it elevates the game from an already pretty high likability for me. Before breath of the wild I'd never bothered to get all the heart pieces, and in link's awakening I got all heart pieces and the collectibles. The small game world is nice.

Having had so much fun with this traditional Zelda I'm wracking my brain trying to think of any Zelda games I missed from ss to botw that I can play on Switch? If Link's awakening is this fun I hope they make a collection for those oracles of season/ages games because that's another gameboy Zelda I missed out on.

I think the only condition for the good ending is you just never die the whole game.

There's a portrait of Marin that will flash during the ending if you got it. If you don't see it, you done fucked up.

That... that's it? Well I saw that.

I'm thankful they gave the upgraded sword at 40 seashells instead of 50 because it was helpful to use in the dungeon and the upgraded sword pretty much one-hit kills enemies instead of needing to do multiple swings. By end of game I had found 47 seashells on my own and just need to use the map for the last 3.

Although I've noticed that the effects don't stack with the triforce of power. Bosses still take the same number of hits with it or without it.

My Link's tunic is red after I did the color dungeon since I obviously chose more attack power which is way better than more defense. I kinda wish I could keep the green tunic while still having the upgraded attack.

My dumb ass trying to get all the seashells and heart pieces and not realizing you can literally press x on the map to show all the seashells and heart pieces you've found so far. That is such an unexpected quality of life improvement from Nintendo.

Overall, I loved this game. Even though it can get really obtuse trying to figure out where to go next, it didn't bother me when the world was small enough and vibrant enough to explore. Plus I already have the rpg habit of talking to everyone multiple times so that helped to piece things together. Obviously if the game world were as large and empty as twilight princess or skywind sword's sky world, I would have loathed it. But a nice compact game like this was just right.

Just beat the game! That was a trip. So when I entered the wind fish egg, I had no idea how to get through that puzzle. Was gonna google it when I remembered I screencaptured that book in the library, I remember it was a book that I couldn't read for most of the game. Turns out that's what the magnifying lens trade quest was for, not the boomerang, it was for literally beating the game! Damn imagine being someone who's not into doing sidequests and just tried blazing through the game, only to be indefinitely stuck inside the egg. The trade quest should actually be considered a main quest.

One thing I'm not a fan of though is that dungeon maker explorer minigame, Dampe's dungeon maker. I've definitely never been a fan of anything resembling that mechanic, like rpg maker or mario maker or any kind of creation and building whatsoever. Thankfully it's optional but I would really like to get that 3rd bottle since the fairies are great for tanking bosses while trying to figure out how to defeat them.

Got the hookshot! One of my favorite Zelda items, it's almost always the last traversal item you need to be able to fully explore the world map without going "hmm am I missing an item for this part yet". I just enjoy everything about it it's like the batman grappling gun. Zipping all around the map is immensely satisfying.

So Finished the trade quest... ohh so the trade quest is important to get the boomerang? I mean... it's been pretty damn useful so far so I guess it was worth the 300 rupees. Don't need to use my arrows or hookshot for some enemies can just use the boomerang.

I'm loving it so far!

This show is so good but I've been unable to turn anyone I know IRL onto it. I don't know why.

I'll have to check out the US version at some point.

Honestly? I only heard about this show from a topic on here. And I was pretty skeptical about it being any good. I love it now but definitely know I have no chance of convincing anyone I know to watch it.

For if you finished season 4, So are you sad about Mary getting sucked off?

Ok I've just spent the entire weekend binge playing this game. Don't want to finish it so fast but it's just so fun, going through dungeons, getting items, being able to explore the map which thankfully isn't that big.

It feels good to be able to solve some of the puzzles when the game barely gives any hints, and the hints they do give are either super cryptic or too obvious that I already knew.

I did have to look up how to beat the slime boss, bit of BS I know I was slashing and dashing into him but the game didn't register it.

I remember reading that it was kind of funny. When Ms. Marvel came out originally, the writer wanted her to be a mutant, but Marvel was doing their big Inhuman push, so they made her an Inhuman. Now the MCU wants to aim away from Inhumans, so they made her a mutant.

I haven't read it, I do wonder how Kamala came into contact with the mist in the middle of Jersey by accident.

I remember that push, they retconned scarlet witch and quicksilver for the 4th time and made them inhumans right.

Inhumans seems to date back to like the 70s so it's pretty old, I assume said push was an MCU thing since Disney didn't own mutants at the time and were like "fine, we'll do our own mutants, with hookers, and blackjack!" towards Fox.

Really liking the game so far, this is just what I needed from a traditional Zelda game. From the satisfaction of getting the sword, your first weapon, to going through the first dungeon and getting the key and map and yes even compass... a 10 year gap between the last traditional Zelda game is just what I needed to have this experience feel fresh and fun again.

Finally found the damn stamp I was missing in the lava world! That was annoying. I knew it was gonna be some BS like that, hidden in a rotating platform by gray blocks that blend into the environment and can't be broken unless I get a bomb up the platform fast enough and throw it.

100%ing the game was fun too. I swear I think after a while the bowser fights get even more frequent. I should have timed them throughout my playthrough and see how far apart they get.

Overall a great bit of DLC, fun platforming, but I hope the whole giant bowser fights are not brought back. The actual world exploration platforming was much more fun.

And boy this cat suit that 3d world introduced is so broken. If it didn't look so not good I would consider it a top tier powerup.

I've skimmed enough to know that in the comics Ms Marvel is an Inhuman, but I'm fine with Disney ignoring Inhumans now that they got the brand name X-Men. Although we did see that Black Bolt guy in Dr Strange 2, and after checking it was literally the same actor as the unspeakable show.

As someone who loved Agents of Shield and thought season 2 was the greatest bit of television and even better than the Avengers movie of that year, I'm fine if they end up putting the Inhumans to bed. Even though the introduction of the Kree and now even Skrulls means they could work in how the Kree experimented on humans to make them weapons of war in their fights with Skrulls...

Speaking of, I saw a video about why American highways/roads/infrastructure are so terrible and why the way Europeans design them is so much better, and it honestly convinced me. The video basically showed the equivalent of a boardwalk in a European city on cobblestone with shops on either side, and it was completely pedestrian based, no place for cars whatsoever.

While driving in Europe is miserable, having an entire city be designed around people and walking rather than cars and malls and mall parking lots and even strip malls does sound like a good idea.
