First of all, this is a pre-stuffed turkey, which is going to be more expensive than a plain turkey.

Second, the weights are shown in kilograms, which means this is not from the US, and thus that's not US Dollars. It's probably Canadian, which would be about US$60, and that would mean it's about $3.08 per pound. If it's Australian or New Zealand it's even less.
I'm going to guess Canada, since the only hit I get for a pre-stuffed Butterball is from Butterball.ca.

While you'd think that was the case, the psychology says otherwise.

A lot of these were in Africa. It's no surprise the Allies didn't care as much about war crimes committed against black people, sadly.
Which is also probably why the Japanese crimes weren't considered as important, since they were largely in China. The numbers involved for Italy were also substantially smaller than either Germany or Japan.

It's not a matter of liking him or not or even the size of his audience (which was massive [proportionally] back when he was one of the only games in town, but isn't particularly big today) - it's that he was basically one of the first online video content creators in the gaming sphere. Dude was hugely influential and basically helped set the table for video content creation back when that was still a new medium online.

It's like not knowing who Hideo Kojima is - sure, you may or may not be a fan of his work - or you may not have even watched it at all - but unless you first got into the hobby within the last 10 years (which I doubt describes anyone posting on GameFAQs these days), you probably have heard his name at some point.
Never heard of him either and I'm closer to 50 than 40. The Escapist was a vaguely familiar name, but I couldn't even have told you it was gaming related. Generally if I'm watching something video game related, it is probably how to do something in a specific game rather than general video game content.

Super annoying, because it lined up with my vaccine. I thought I was just getting really bad side-effects, as I started getting chills on Monday a few hours after getting the booster. I reacted with similar symptoms on my 2nd booster, but this escalated quickly. I went to bed super early, and had horrible chills/aches. I sweated thru my bed and it smelled fucking gross in the morning. I took the day off work, but was feeling a fair bit better by the end of the day.

Last night I also sweated through my bed (gross) but it wasn't as bad. I felt fine in the morning, so I went to work today. I still had weird sniffles and sneezing, like a very very mild cold. Plus my head was a little foggy. I thought I better rule out COVID when I got home but...whoopie, some time off work. I was thinking I didn't have it because my appetite, taste and smell are totally fine. What a weird stupid virus!
I got it after PAX Unplugged last year. Sounds like yours hit harder and passed faster than mine did. I never felt seriously bad, I worked the whole time since I work from home, but it dragged on for days.

The prevailing belief among the sort of people who took Fox News as gospel in the first place is that Fox was forced to admit guilt by the same massive conspiracy that kept Trump from taking power in the first place. Within that belief system, Fox isn't actually guilty and they didn't actually lie, they've just been victimized by a justice system that doesn't want the American people to know the truth.
While ignoring the whole 'if there was such a powerful conspiracy opposing him how did he become President in the first place' problem.

That is not even remotely close to true.

Settlements provide surety for both parties, which is why they're the preferred way to handle these disputes. Most cases never see the inside of a courtroom, because the parties will settle beforehand. That's not because one side or the other is doubtful about their chances in court, it's because they still have some control over the outcome there. Once you put a case in front of a judge or jury, you have no idea what's going to happen.

Keep in mind that this "settlement" was the single largest settlement whose amount is publicly known in US history (it's possible there may have been a larger one whose terms could not be disclosed, but that's unlikely), which suggests Fox knew they were sunk, else they would have more aggressively negotiated for a lower amount or taken their chances in court. And while it was only about half of what Dominion was asking for, that also doesn't really mean anything, because when you file a lawsuit you can ask for any amount you want - more than the amount of cash in circulation in the world, if you're so inclined. The amount of damages you claim has no relation to the actual damages you suffered or what you're likely to get, even if your case is successful, it's just a number you're putting on the forms to show how much you're asking for.
It is also fairly common for a smaller party to settle to avoid protracted legal battles. The fact that Dominion managed to get FOX to even somewhat admit wrongdoing as part of the settlement was fairly impressive, most settlements contain wording that the party doesn't admit to any wrongdoing.

Not sure if true but saw a article on yahoo while at work stating Obama did once say he'd be fine with having someone be a stand in president for him and him tell them what to say over a earpiece.

If his wife did become president surely he'd have some influence.
He did say that, but in the context it was obviously a bit tongue in cheek.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/obama-third-term-stand-in-quote/

"OBAMA: I said this before. People would ask me, "Knowing what you know now, do you wish you had a third term?" And I used to say, "You know what? If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a front man or front woman, and they had an earpiece in and I was just in my basement in my sweats looking through the stuff, and then I could sort of deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking and ceremony, I'd be fine with that. Because I found the work fascinating. I mean, I write about the... even on my worst days, I found puzzling out, you know, these big, complicated, difficult issues, especially if you were working with some great people, to be professionally really satisfying. But I do not miss having to wear a tie every day."
