I feel for you. We have had it 5hat bad before and had to go stay in our hunting cabin that has a well and wood burning stove. Our power flickered on and off yesterday morning but is holding so far. Many people have lost it or had pipes to burst. So far we have 8 inches of snow here on our mountain in northwest Arkansas and it is still coming. Lol, they are forecasting it to be 60 next Tuesday. The Weather Gods are drunk.

I write in a weird combination of cursive and print. I had to sign my name on a legal document not long ago and the lady told me," No, we need your signature!" I was a bit confused and told her that was my signature.

I suppose for strength and stability but as a girl, riding a boy's bike I was too small to ride I do know that falling and hitting that bar hurt like Hell. I live in the middle of nowhere and don't work so I naturally social distance. I do grocery pick up at Wal Mart. I have been in that store 4 times since March.

I mostly was on LUE and individual gaming boards back then but came here a bit. I don't remember that many names. About all I remember is CrystalMoon and some controversy surrounding her but I can't remember when that was or what it was.

Yes actually. When I was 14 I got an internet girlfriend who claimed to be just a little older than me. We talked a lot on msn messenger and had a few phone calls. She sounded a little older. She sent me lots of pictures of herself though, and lots of nudes and stuff but she refused to do video chat. She was even sending me gifts in the mail via a po box. She was saying she was gonna get a hotel nearby so we could be together. Anyway I forget what it was but something made me start to get suspicious of her and after a ton of research I eventually found out she was a 38 year old woman and the pictures she was sending me were of her 15 year old daughter.

I confronted her about it, she kept trying to push saying age was just a number, etc. Anyway I stopped talking to her. Probably should have reported her to the police.

That is creepy. She probably went on to another kid.

There was a coach I taught with that I thought was a bit odd. Younger than me, married and had children. He would lead the "Prayer at the flagpole" once a week at school. He complained about how rude and immoral the kids were to me but then later offhandedly told me he could download anything I wanted, movies, music, etc. for free. I said something like that must be illegal. He laughed and said yeah then walked off. Came back later and told me that I got him to thinking and I made him feel bad and he should know better.

So, he moved to another school and was arrested there for hiding his phone in the girl's locker/bathroom so he could watch them change and also had videos on his school computer.

I was not too surprised.

No. We might have gone a few times when I was very small but the memory us very vague. I was maybe 3-4? Religion wasn't talked about in our house. No family prayers or grace, even on holiday meals.

Still, I have become a Christian but I don't attend church and my ideas probably don't fit any organized group.

I don't know if we ever really get over our early years. I wasn't the weird kid, I was the hyperactive brat, or that is how I think people thought of me. I did stupid things without thinking beforehand but I never did things to be mean. I just feel like I probably annoyed people. That is why I avoid social events now.

I would usually say Michael Jackson but yesterday I saw my sister in law accidentally run over and kill her dog, MJ. The dog ran right in front of her vehicle. She got out of the car and was crying and calling my brother while I sat on the ground stroking the dog and telling it that she was a good dog and OK. So yeah, for awhile MJ will be that poor, good, sweet dog in my mind.

I loved the book and thought the first one was really well cast. I have no desire to see this one. The trailer looked terrible and again , back to the cast, just looked wrong.

I went to college with a woman who was having an affair with a guy who had the same name as her husband and she told us how easy that made it on her. She ended up breaking off that relationship, divorced her husband and married one of our professors.
