Eh, depending what I ate in the morning/during the day and what kinda water retention I'm having, then it sticks out. But if I cut back on eating and workout real heavy, then the 6pack from my 20s start to come back a little

A fit belly is still a belly. Being concave probably isn't fit, and I'd have a hard time personally calling it a belly. I was 90-100 lbs at 5'8"-5'9" for years. Definitely not fit.
