Kylo killing Snoke was fine, but it's too bad they had zero faith in him taking over as the main villain and instead had to revive The Senate so I'll vote for the Vader scene.

It did feel to me like Rian was trying to set up Kylo as the unambiguous villain for 9, but that JJ had a redemption arc planned.
