It only becomes an issue when you're seeing alot of blood in your stool, or black stool, lose weight without trying, like 10+ pounds in couple weeks, and your poop comes out pencil thin most of the time.

alot of blood other than a possible hemorrhoid is a huge warning sign.

i face this issue. but i don't have sleep problems.

i really should be doing more of it tbh just unsafe if i leave the house (i regret not having a upstairs apartment).

once i get my life on track, will be doing more exercise (getting there but not completely. a couple more steps to go).

i asked this and got the answer for a week when my mother was alive.

It must have been different in more densely populated areas. In my area you couldn't tell any difference. People were definitely not staying inside.

they blocked off the beach for almost 2 years after a surge of tourists wanted to go to the beach during spring break.

not alot of fun for me since the only activity i went to the beach was for an hour long dog walk.

if anyone asks why it was to prevent a massive surge of infections because the covid spread so bad throughout the state and didn't want to overwhelm the hospitals.

graduating high school and getting a diploma is my only personal achievement

does suck that some of the things learned in high school aren't used anymore.

That's an expensive lunch. I get not everyone is on a budget, but you look at those top chains on that WSJ video and it's almost all fast food.

cost of daily operation between employees, rent and food costs make that number go up.

but can agree, i wouldn't spend that much on a lunch. could go to a steakhouse for half that.

I had a gordita, chicken enchilada burrito and double beef burrito. And a baja blast of course.

normal bowel movement when i used to eat it a few times a week before they started jacking up the prices.

used to eat there plenty throughout my adult life until age 34-35. once i saw it costed 2$ for a beef burrito and they wanted 1.60$ for a bean burrito it was too costly for what i could make at home and end up getting 2 meals out of it (full meals).
