Have a small trash can where you throw it out in. They do this in Cuba and other countries with old plumbing. The bathrooms are very different. By different, I mean You cant flush toilet paper or any other toiletries down the toilet. Their plumbing is incredibly sensitive and to be frank, old. When I first used the bathroom in the Havana airport, I thought maybe that one may have just been a little out-of-order. I was wrong. They inject you with a weaker strain of the virus, but there are still many unknowns at this point. There was reported cases that people who survived, but got reinfected again. Most homeless people have mental issues, unfortunately. Some, are just down on their luck for a short term, so its easier for them to snap back. They can adapt and use hacks like the other guy listed, like getting into a cheap gym or using a free place like the YMCA in certain areas. Ask for free food from local shops before they throw them out. Libraries and 24 gyms are straight forward, but hard to find in certain areas. Couchsurfing is also an option.
