I can't even recall a time I have ever felt my shoulders tighten or anything during a bench.Yes, I think you can injure your rotator cuff with the bench press. I think it is similar to how you can injure your shoulders when doing other exercises like the lat pulldown or the overhead dumbbell press. I think most pizza tastes really good even when the quality is bad. I guess thats why I wouldnt be able to name the best. Little Caesars I havent had in a while but something about it makes it the worst.
