Oh no kidding? I had jaw surgery a while back where they broke the upper jaw into three pieces and moved it around to help with TMJ. While the surgeon was in there he also sawed through my chin and moved that forward a bit to compensate for the movement in the upper which resulted in a better jaw line. Worked out pretty decently I think, but it's weird that I can feel where he cut the bone if you slide your fingers down my jaw line.

hockey7318 02/11/21 7:42:34 AM #23	They are similar. HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training and can include weights to add resistance. Tabata is also HIIT I guess, but normally 20 second intervals at an even higher intensity? I guess I don't know the difference, but there are different videos.

Coming from someone who was suicidal for a few years I can confirm that with some work you can get in a much better place. It's going to suck for a long time, but eventually you can get to a point where you have days go by where you don't think about how you hate yourself. Put the work in and reach out to people who support you. It's worth it eventually.

I love standing under the shower head and just soaking up the heat and having someone else in there makes that a little less enjoyable. Still nice being naked with someone though.

Items made elsewhere (such as Europe) tend to be as good, but less available. When downtime = money lost, the USA versions win out every time. This is my experience as well while maintaining a fleet of 300 or so pieces of equipment.

Snow removal Yeah there are two scheduled half hour breaks in our normal 8 hour day. After that we just kind of get to take a short breaks when we need to. No worries about being ignorant man, I never gave much thought to what the snow plow guys did when it was warm before I started working here. Most places that do snow work are landscapers in the growing season and thats exactly what we do. Just remove the plows and salters from our trucks, tractors, loaders, and even a few mowers and start using them to landscaping.

The normal part of me wants to say that I'm hoping to be able to take my wife out for a nice sit down dinner now that restaurants opened back up in Michigan. Regardless there will be a massage since her back is real sore from the baby she's growing. Also, there will be donuts because she loves her sweets.

A local place does that in Michigan. Chili instead of marinara, sliced up hot dogs, a bit of mustard to add a little something and it's the best damn pizza.
