I use a wired 360 controller now, and it works fine no real problems, but switching it back and forth between my 360 and PC is annoying (yes I still play 360 often), and I know there are better options.
All I really care about is compatability (I play both older and new games on my PC) and I want it to be able to be wired (don't want to worry about batteries and charging) if needed.

What should I get?
XBONE? Series X? 8bit do sn 30+? Other???

Most schools around here are at risk of closing not because kids are catching COVID or it is spreading at the school but because too many teacher are absent due to having to quarantine for coming into contact with someone who had COVID (none of which have actually happened at school)

I thought you bought a house last year man. Never went through?

Everything was done then during inspection there was a major support beam that was like severely eaten away by bugs. Inspector thought it was still sound but was unsure, I could never get an expert to look at it, but knowing myself I would freak out about it nonstop for the rest of my life, and replacing it would be super expensive, I backed out.

A guy I know has a neighbor who is ready to sell their house. It's not listed yet cause they prefer to sell it to someone they know or a friend of a friend.
A family I know was told about it first so because of that they have first "dibs" on whether they want it or not, but they haven't been out to look at it yet.
I got to go through it and based on location and condition, I really want to buy this house.
They are probably asking above value, but if I can come to an agreement without it being listed (so no competing offers) that would be great.
But basically I have to wait and see what this other family thinks first of it, or if another relative of the seller wants it.
So now I wait.
