There are only two bedrooms, upstairs, and they both seem to be really big. All the rooms seem to be pretty big though, even the kitchen has a lot of space (that would be taken up by appliances).

I don't know the area so who knows if the price is good or not.
Things that stick out to me is radiant heating, which people use, but I have no experience with it, and people probably don't build houses with that anymore for a reason.
Hard to tell what kind of shape the foundation is in the basement or if it gets water in it or not.
Updated electric panel is good.
Seems to be a lack of storage in the kitchen.
Roof looks decent but hard to tell in pics.

It actually looks in decent shape. Like the carpet on the main floor looks decent which is almost never the case on these old houses.
Things that give me pause:

1. A few spots in the upstairs ceilings make me wonder about previous water damage.
2. Basement. The basements in these old farm houses are nightmares and they never show pics of them.
3. The big barn and garage looks to be in good shape but the other outbuildings might not be.

Can I bounce a few things off of you TC? I'm legitimately looking into buying a new house by summer of next year, we want to move by Lake Superior or North to NE Maine. There are a lot of properties we found and some sound kind of too good to be true for the price. If I post a couple of examples can you give me a quick breakdown and your opinion?

If it's really far out, you obviously can't get cable or DSL, but there are mobile internet connections for home that don't have a data cap or at least a cap that you're not likely to hit. Latency can often be an issue for playing online in some cases, but the door isn't shut on online play altogether.

There is a local company that basically shoots 5G directly at your house if its in line of sight of towers. But this is more south than they serve I believe.

Theres nothing to learn from them, he told The Associated Press in 2016. There is far more useful information, he has said, in the annual financial disclosures required of him as president which he has pointed to as evidence of his mastery of a flourishing, and immensely profitable, business universe.
In fact, those public filings offer a distorted picture of his financial state, since they simply report revenue, not profit. In 2018, for example, Mr. Trump announced in his disclosure that he had made at least $434.9 million. The tax records deliver a very different portrait of his bottom line: $47.4 million in losses.

With the term personal taxes, however, Mr. Garten appears to be conflating income taxes with other federal taxes Mr. Trump has paid Social Security, Medicare and taxes for his household employees. I think it could either be way under or way over 50k. Really depends on damages you can't see in pics, or if you totally want to re-do the kitchen and bathrooms. If you did work yourself finishing the flooring would be the biggest issue. Most of the big stuff has been done. My friend has been in it and said "it's livable" so take that for whatever its worth.

Rob Zombie undeniably has his own style and I can understand if some people don't like it, but people overwhelmingly calling the movie unwatchable trash is just ridiculous. Love him or hate him, the man knows how to work a camera. Zombie also clearly has a passion for his work; it's not just some cash grab or studio job. He did something different and it was definitely... different, but it's still a well made movie and a solid slasher independent of the original. It's not some affront to it's legacy, certainly not any more than most of the actual sequels.

He literally only did Halloween 2 for the money. He wanted nothing to do with a sequel.
