Don't know if they have (or can) fix it or not, but I watched some play of the games where literally nothing loads in so you just see the map or sometimes the characters load in and are moving around in their T pose. I bought it yesterday and in all honesty its fun as hell. This is after playing over a thousand hours on the PC version. You won't be as good and neither will everyone else. The framerate stays at 25-30 so that's not perfect but its super fun to play on the switch.
