As I said I haven't seen a single game in the last 10 years to run in 540p The Witcher 3 literally runs in 540p on the Switch. As are a bunch of others. It's simply not strong enough to handle massively large games like this at higher resolutions while also maintaining good framerates unless they really sacrifice the visuals. And the developers for the Switch version of the Witcher 3 really tried their best to optimize it for the handheld. I play games mostly on my PS4 these days. The gap is much smaller than it used to be earlier in this generation or last gen. Haven't been inside a store or client's home since March 13th and won't till at least May 31st so the company is definitely taking care of us.
