There are games that have problems with newer versions of Windows that are gonna be unplayable because of the Steam DRM and lack of Windows 7 support. GOG installers work on Windows XP and some games work on 98 if you install them on a newer OS and copy the game files over. Steam is keeping you safe by making you upgrade your fourteen year old operating system. Stop using outdated shit that isn't supported by even Microsoft anymore. Its asking for trouble. |

That said, people going there to protest wearing rainbow stuff, I don't understand. The correct way to protest this is to not spend money traveling to Qatar and giving them your tourism dollars. Not showing up with a rainbow armband smug acting like you're the man. Qatar is laughing behind the scenes counting all the money they're getting from this. Yes I know its unrealistic to expect no one to go, but wearing rainbow stuff in Qatar as a way of saying "I showed them haha" is hollow as hell. Yeah you got them while also giving them thousands of dollars. |
