Thank you Stingers, as you can tell I got quite a bit overwhelmed, and I'm learning just how hard Baba is You can be already, ahaha~ But I felt I lacked using actual thanks thus far. | WickIebee 12/23/21 10:30:13 PM #139 | Oh god, when I sent Stingers a Friend Request I knew that if he was my Santa that I'd end up with the game I've been waiting for to actually push myself into resuming a game I've put off because of not having the third game. That is, Trails in the Sky the 3rd chapter. But that's not all, he also got me Tales of Vesperia and Baba is You (or in this case, Me). Quite a crazy load, and since the other Trails game was the first game, we still don't have any duplicates if I've seen correctly. Super Mario Galaxy: 4/10 There... kind of isn't anything here? Just the explanation of Roselina, which just leads to theories instead of actual information. The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past: 5/10 The first Zelda to have a story, it was barebones but it was a legitimate storyline and very good linear-ness with it. The only thing I don't really like is not really understanding Agahnim. Was he a Zant? Or was he the body of Ganon for the time being? Pokmon Red & Blue: 4.5/10 The first Pokemon left a lot of gaps in what it was doing. And I mean, Blue was very random, Giovanni being a gym leader didn't really lead to anything, and we have this weird story about how one gym leader gained her position, but that's it. Also, why is there a tree blocking the way into Surge's gym? How does he leave? How does anyone leave? There's more I just nitpick over time, and maybe it's because of how much story plays a bigger part in remakes and later games. --- I'll just go back to gifs. Probably everything I've beaten, which I actually haven't gone through the full main story of Morrowind, but I'll target the lowest games I've missed. Final Fantasy: 4 Where we've put this one has been about right, your unnamed heroes get a quest, do that quest, then suddenly are on a world restoration mission for uh... Yeah. And the whole final boss doesn't really even have story significance, being more developed I think in Dissidia? Super Smash Bros. Brawl: 6 I kinda like this story a little more than some. I mean, it had one unlike the earlier entries and the one after. We got an Adventure mode that had the characters truly interacting, and while a lot of it was goofy, that goofyness fit with Nintendo and Smash Bros. Also Tabuu was good as a villain for an Adventure mode. That ends the games in the 4s (and below, but didn't actually finish the final boss of a few of those), I'll hit 5s in the next topic. --- I'll just go back to gifs.
