Oh shit, I noticed the the battery life on my 3DS is really short. Maybe only lasts like 2-3 hours on the 3rd brightness setting. Like it pretty much shuts off shortly after going red.
Probably didn't help that for most of past couple of years, I left it turned on and plugged in while keeping it closed.

I'll probably have to replace the battery soon.

Oh apparently, the 3DS can't overcharge. So I guess time just really degraded the batteries.

Yep, Symphogear XD is pretty much the first time I've seen a mobile game have a collab at launch.

Highly doubtful that I'll remotely keep up with the game as I've barely watched past season 1 of Symphogear itself, but I may just do the Attack on Titan collab.

I don't recall anything going on with Yugiri's first voice actress. It was her replacement in Heavensward that got killed, leading her to get recast again.

Really hoping we get a bit more from Mobius before it shuts down. Would be really upsetting if the 3 Mobius characters we have don't get any more after the game's servers close.

Record Keeper never even added the 2 new characters from the Season 2 story.

Well all the stuff between ARR and Heavensward should only require you to be level 50 because that was the level cap back then.

You shouldn't have to do any of the hard primal fights except for the ones that are part of the story, which they say "Hard" but they're really just normal fights.

Saw 2 anime movies:

Weathering With You: Kinda thought this was just....ok. Visuals were nice, but the whole fantasy showings felt too little. Also the consequence didn't feel that....impactful? I don't know if it's just me being detached to things over the years, but I literally just thought, "oh, that's it?" when they revealed what was happening.

A Silent Voice: I really liked the first half of this, and the whole redemption thing worked well during this half. Then the 2nd half came and it got way too melodramatic. I know it's an adaptation of a manga, but it's like the author couldn't figure out how to move forward and just brought up the same shit again. Either that KyoAni presented it that way. And since it is done by KyoAni, the visuals of course, looked really good. Fuck, now I'm sad again from all the talent we lost from them....

I may sound critical of both movies, but I still liked watching them. It could be that I may not be into dramatic stuff as much anymore. I mean, it's pretty telling when I enjoyed watching One Piece: Stampede more than either of those movies.

Oh right, forgot to mention that I actually finished Kandagawa Jet Girls.

Went in expecting trash, but it wasn't....that bad. Yeah some of the character designs were trashy and the fan service was dumb at times, but the interaction between the two main girls were pretty endearing. Though I really didn't care for the jet racing part. That's probably better saved for the game itself.

Now, by no means do I think it's good either, and it's not saving anime like Valkyrie Drive did. I just thought it was ok.

Honestly, the most offensive thing about it was this background track used when they started racing, where the beginning sounded like a rip-off of Eye of the Tiger.
