Not only was $TWTR insanely overvalued, it had massive debt just to keep the lights on, Musk then used a leveraged buyout with his $TLSA as collateral to add another $23 debt, and then paid more than +$10 over the value per ATH share which was already stupidly overvalued.

The entire business model of $TWTR from a shareholder perspective was ponzi schemers looking for a bag holder. Elon has anger management issues and lots of money making him the perfect target. Dude got fucking played for billions, shareholders are laughing all the way to the bank, and the employees are the ones who have to suffer.

It's a comic book. A peak human in real life couldn't do what Batman does in real life. Just like action heroes do things in movies that no human could possibly do even in movies with no supernatural elements at all.

Things in action movies generally stretch probability but not possibility. It's improbable that Arnold Schwarzenegger busts into a room with 50 bad guys and kills them all with an assault rifle but that is something well under physical limits of human ability.

Captain America and Batman do not have an identical list of powers. If the only concern here was raw physical ability then yes, but Batman is way more than a just dude who can kick a tree in half.

Killer Croc is strong enough to OHKO Batman. That's all that matters. From Batman's perspective both of them may as well have infinite strength.

The justice society is the Golden Age superhero team that would later be replaced by the justice league. And they do make an appearance in Stargirl the CW show.

Hawkman predates Hawkgirl. They used Hawkgirl in the JL Cartoon because otherwise it would have been a sausage fest except for wonder woman. This movie didn't have that problem.

That goes without saying as the heroes don't kill people if they can avoid it. Dude still got ktfo so hard he got launched over a high rise. If she hit Batman with that level of strength she would end up just poking a hole through his torso.

The point here is that Batman regularly deals with people who are much stronger/faster than him, supernaturally so. He loses in a fistfight to Killer Croc every time which is why he has to come up with creative solutions on how to deal with him and people like him. Not necessarily "time to plan" but just more like "I'm not gonna be able to just punch this guy what else can I do to hurt him."

But it's honestly not that odd. Michael Jackson's thriller sold 70 million copies and is the best selling album of all time. Let's be super generous here and give him double the amount of fans that didn't buy the record & assume all sales were in America for 210 million total fans.

In 1990, the USA had 250 million people. That means 40 million people either didn't know or didn't like him, a little bit less than 1/6th the country. It shouldn't be surprising that lots of people don't indulge in super popular thing x.

It's "Win" but with the W has some kind of a lead in that doesn't sound exactly like a regular W. I suck at pronunciation keys I figured nw was more accurate than just w but it's probably neither.

Batman who laughs is part of the Dark Multiverse which depends on the main multiverse to exist. It's not really elseworlds.

Batman has never defeated Superman even in else worlds. A lot of people like to quote the scene from TDKR as some kind of proof that "Batman with time to plan" can beat Superman but that's not really what happened. Superman was still in the middle of recovering after being hit with some kind of weird nuke that zapped all the absorbed sunlight out of his body and even this crippled shadow of Superman was stronger than Batman who was being powered by a suit that was directly hooked up to Gotham's power plant plus a cheap shot with kryptonite from Green Arrow and the only way Batman could get out of that fight was to literally fake his death mid-fight and pray he could fool Superman. Which he also didn't do but at least Superman was nice enough to realize Batman gave him an out that would satisfy his government duties while also not having to imprison an old friend

Spider-Man has been beaten by Captain America who is basically equivalent to Batman.

But Batman will never win a Deathbattle against Spider-Man because for that show winners are determined entirely based on who has the bigger numbers when you calculate the newtons and velocity of their feats.
