halloween 2 is really good anyway. it's in a hospital, it's great. Carpenter wasn't the only talented person working on Halloween, Debra Hill produced a bunch of great movies and even wrote some of the dialogue in halloween anyway.

i think the ones we mentioned would be the only one. Friday the 13th 1-4 are all great but they go down after that until Jason X, which is definitely not better than the first 4 even if it's good.

Not all games were like this. Gradius is probably the classic example where dying at a certain spot can end the entire run, even if u have 50 lives in reserve.
