I mean if you actually look at Chun-li's model she more or less ripped just like this person. She of course has larger proportions, but she just has leggings on to hide the muscle.

Accurate. It's kinda weird that, in my mind, she most matches the actual in-game sprites of 3s and HDR, even though they obviously can't compare in detail to her pictures. It's subtle, but they typically emphasize a bit of detail in the shading around muscle groups to show that she has definition.
