You can just put fork notices on every page in the Fandom version and there's nothing they can do about it except try to revert it. Then what are the options? Wiki owners probably won't put in the effort to take down the fork notices, and Fandom definitely doesn't have the manpower to comb through all their wikis and take them down themselves.
