You forgot the part where he "killed" Barry's best friend in order to cause Barry to become the science nerd he is. Also, he went back in time and caused a girl who shot him down to end up developing tremors and other issues.

The dude basically realized that he could be a massive dick with a Time Machine.

It seems like it's taking a page (heh) from the Japanese drama that came out like 2 years ago.

Light doesn't really start off as Kira. He's sort of bitch made and dumb until the ending, where he seems to fully embrace the role.

It's interesting that both L and Light are alive though. They were definitely planning for a sequel. I hope they get it, if only so I can see how it goes down.

And yeah, Mia was definitely the "true" villain in this adaptation.

Honestly though, I didn't mind Iron Fist. It started off very, very slow and you really couldn't tell who the main antagonist was even supposed to be but it picked up during later episodes IMO.
