TC - I was already in a relationship when the pandemic staryed so didn't have that issue. However, being together all the time with her helped me realize that we had to break up. Pandemic seemed to either strengthen or ruin relationships. Definitely ruined mine.

For example, I make a Spanish style rice dish that's stupidly easy to make. Chipotle powder, Cumin, minced Garlic toasted in a hot pan for like 15-30 seconds, toss that in a rice cooker with already washed rice, half a can of san marzano tomatoes, and a little bit of honey or brown sugar. The sweetness is there to cut the heat, and a little bit of butter. Fluff with a fork at the end.

Not the best Spanish rice, but it gets the job done as a side. Plus it shows your significant other that took the time out to try and impress her.
