when I was doing my engineering internship, I'd rack up an 'overtime PTO' day every couple of weeks by virtue of the bus timetable making it so that I ended up staying ~20 minutes longer every day. This on top of the 15 days I was entitled to anyway

Plus with sick days, here you have to get a doctor's note and it can be a hassle
