Its not a no u, its literally what you said. And I explained how specific actors can make specific roles their own, and replacing them DOES matter. And I also said that Im okay when it happens, but I prefer it not to.

Im not saying it HAS to be consistent, but it matters and if I like the actor I want it to stay the same. Random example but the wife in the mummy changing in the mummy 3 was a very noticeable difference that changed how I felt about the movie. And likewise, Robin Williams from Aladdin 1 to 2 changing to Dan castella (I think thats how you spell that) was a noticeable, and worse, change. And Dan is great. Hes done a million great things with his voice. But Robin made it his own.

they're just actors, not the character itself.

You put voice in parentheses, do you feel the same about actual actors? When somebody doesnt come back for a part, are you completely okay with that because theyre not the characters themselves?

Your choices do affect the scenes you see and the endings you get, but you'll want to use a flowchart. It's a lot more arbitrary than Zero Escape.
