Yeah, basically if we know it's user xyz they get suspended and banned regardless of if they break the rules or not. It was a thing a very long time ago, like IIRC before I even joined the site

KOS is a good idea IMO but tough to implement as the more problematic people know all the tricks to skirt our limited tools in identifying them. Not opposed at all to the idea though.

How long does that take you? I've never made spaghetti sauce before. I found this recipe on Reddit and it looks really good.

Mine is quick and lazy but good, probably like 10 minutes. That recipe looks great tho

I usually just open up a can of tomato sauce and diced tomato, add a bunch of Italian seasoning and a fair amount of red pepper flakes and cook it down to the desired thickness

I'm very interested to see how TES6 turns out. The narrative that's been hounding Bethesda for a decade now is they're putting out poorly programmed games with outdated design philosophy, and Starfield seemed to be a very unsuccessful release for them.
