instead of regulating the actual production of bad food, which would impact money, they're leaving it in the hands of the consumer so they can pat themselves on the back

is it really impossible to make tasty healthy food? somehow i just don't think so. there must be other reasons.

It will make things slightly more convenient for me, now I don't have to flip the package over. Not sure that this will have any impact though, simply slapping the word "healthy" on some foods because it is whole grain won't stop people from eating 4000 calories a day and not exercising.

There will be "healthy" versions of everything, all they have to do is not have too much added sugar, sodium, and saturated fat. No reason everything from pizza to ice cream won't be able to easily fit under the label.

not enough shaming. we not only need "healthy" labels on the healthy foods, we also need big fat "UNHEALTHY YOU FUCKING FATASS" labels on the unhealthy foods so people will feel too embarrassed to even be seen buying them.

I joined airforce in 2015 and got out in 2019. I was not a fan of my job (electrical and environmental systems for aircraft). That said I do have generalized anxiety disorder so a flightline setting with lots of noise and jets breaking all the time was too stressful for me. My unit had a lack of manning too so I had to work by myself for a large period of time and felt like i was winging it the entire time . Was scared that id eventually fuck up so bad that i either get like an article 15 or my reputation goes down the drain (I really cared about my reputation at the time).

Anyways I had to get a waiver for my GAD in bmt cuz I stupidly mentioned on a questionnaire that I used to take prozaic .

I'm still technically in that inactive ready reserve list at least till sometime in 2023. Wouldn't say I'm in the right shape anymore cuz my cardio sucks and I'm really weak now. Id only pass the waist measurement test ahaha.

Produce, at least at my market, is extremely cheap compared to junk food. I could get more greens than I could actually eat in a week for the price of a bag of chips. Salmon is like $14 for 2.5 lbs, which can be up to 6 or 7 (if not more) meals. If anything I've saved way more money by avoiding junk food all together.
