Watched the second episode of Wonder Egg Priority because I had a few minutes I put aside.

That's just so a company can say, "see there are no qualified candidates here" and then they can bring in H1Bs for way less wages.

Is this 5 years of experience and experience in a programming language OR 5 years of experience with a programming language? 5 years is mainly there because it's probably a Senior level position (because it's like 5 years for Senior / 10-15 for principal), and they just list the languages that the team is using.

e.g. We do a lot of work in golang at my job, and I did not know go at all before starting. When I interview people, I don't expect them to know go as none of us knew go going into it.

Watched an episode of horiyama. It's pretty good so far. I'll definitely continue it. The main guy is pretty funny. It comes across as having a female author with how they've written the main guy (well and now that I think about it having the female lead be the protagnist for a shonen romance manga). Manages to be pretty funny.

I haven't watched the second episode yet because of Path of Exile's new league but it's a show I'm definitely interested in.

It's not a past life. She still does the "Austrian Girl living in Japan" thing for a living.
I've gotten the same videos but I'm also subscribed to the channel so it's whatever.
Her latest tweet from that account was January 16th.

Also unrelated, but looking at her twitter gives me a recommendation to follow Cali's other twitter.
And Cali is also still tweeting off of that account.

The only ones probably not doing content on their old stuff are Ina (who wasn't an influencer, and likely still does her old contract work), Ame (because she was some B-tier vtuber who had like 10k followers), and Gura (because there's no point). And everyone knows all of this now, just like people know about Coco's other account.

It's funny. The older I get the more I like FFVII and the more I hate FFIX.

8 just stays being mediocre. The game would be better if you did not fight enemies. It has a battle system so bad that it brings down every other part of the game.

And starting a couple of weeks ago, the shuffle deselects itself every few minutes when going to the next video and I have to manually start the video and set shuffle again.

I'm starting to feel really guilty about this tbh. It's so easy to troll reddit because most people over there do not understand the concept of intentionally baiting for replies. reddit's general gullibility for example, caused the rise of the QAnon conspiracy theory.

I mainly just troll game subreddits tho.

Like I was viewing this subreddit for a specific anime the other day and someone said they were 13 and I'm like "holy crap I am old, does this kid realize that a lot of people on here are in their 30s and 40s?"

From what I've seen, the main client pool for Uber/Lyft seems to be vaguely hipsterish suburbanites in the orbit of a larger city, where things are concentrated enough to make it economically feasible but not so concentrated that it becomes unnecessary. I watched 5 Centimeters Per Second this weekend. I had originally watched the first part of it all the way back when Dattebayo released a sub an eternity ago. Very feels film mainly taking place in the 90s. I wish there were more adult-centered anime dramas to be watched.
