Maybe I missed something.... but when the fuck did giving the ok sign become a symbol of "white power". I mean, dear lord, my head hurts just trying to figure out why idiots are making something out of nothing. He literally says ok during the anime. White power was always symbolized by the Nazi Salute.

I think the best ones are the coin carts. People actually bother to put them back just to get their coins back. Wish we had that at my store.

Bubbles was a smart guy though. He went over, grabbed the carts that were broken and would fix them and resell them back to the stores for a reasonable price. I think he might have even got a job fixing carts during the run of the show at some point.

People also have to realize that the population of China is quite a bit more than that of every other country. They have over a billion people so it isn't surprising that there is corruption. Doesn't help that their leader Meow isn't stable either.

speaking as someone who just finished a shift in retail as a cart pusher, people in general are idiots. I can understand if you have a handicap and can't move properly, but even with small kids, you have the option of buckling them into their safety seats and spending less than 10 seconds pushing your empty shopping cart into a cart corral. What's worse is that even people who bring the carts into the corral don't do it properly. They will push it in there with no semblence of how it needs to be pushed in. Big carts with Big carts, Small carts with Small carts. It's not rocket science.

I always hated the Beatles, just like U2. They get 1-2 decent songs, but everything else is crap imo. I much prefer CCR, or Journey. I could listen to their music for hours on end.

I've been on blood pressure meds since I was 7 years old, so yes, It's a defect with one my kidneys. And I rarely have food cravings. Some days I just can't be bothered to cook in general and will go without eating, or just eat a sandwich.

Yeah, we have a dispensary downtown, its just a little annoying to get to, as I think the virus thing has shut it down temporarily.

They don't test for drugs at work, they just don't like us smoking pot at work. Retail work. Mostly I just want it for home since I'm going to be self-isolating for the next year outside of visiting my friends house.

I work in a physically intensive environment, so that's about 30 hours a week of labor intensive stuff. I do watch what I eat, but I tend to overeat. I'm also nearing on 35 so my metabolism is slowing down compared to where I was 15 years ago....100 pounds lighter. Yes, I am overweight, sitting at around 287 right now, working on getting it down, but its a slow process. Regardless I'd still be on medication for my blood pressure as I have a kidney defect.

But yeah, in my free time I'm around a computer most of the time, and it's only going to get worse when I go to online college in the fall, where I'll be sitting on my computer for most of the week. I just want something that is going to help me focus and plan a bit better.

Yes, yes it is. If you can find the games they are actually fairly well done, not to mention that the entire thing can be turned into an emulator handheld fairly easily, even without a raspberry pi.

I've been on ADD meds, which help me focus and are like drinking 3 red bulls, but if at all possible I would like to try Cannabis in some form, since I have other issues(anxiety, slight depression and the like), and the meds seem to up the effects of that. How long does it usually last in your system? As well, should I go for pills, gummys or plain pot, which I can grow if given the go ahead by my doctor?

Both Pizza huts where I lived got shut down due to rat infestations. Pizza wasn't good either, even before that happened. Dominoes used to be good, but during the 5 year period they had no store here, somehow they jacked up the prices through the roof and made their pizza worse. I just order from a mom & pop shop now.

I don't know if I can trust a video that has Hot Pockets, but not Pizza Pockets, also no mention of Delicio.

Makes me want to go back and play my copy of FLYING DRAGON.

I don't remember, but I do remember that Toph could Sand Bend to make models. Also Bumi could use the earth like a swimming pool.

Earth Bending. From there if you get good at it you can Lava Bend or Metal Bend, meaning you have a substance close enough to fire that you can cook on.

Not often. I used to wear a black cross around my neck(a tiny one), but I've long since lost that. I can't wear watches, or rings it just doesn't feel right. Probably going to have a talk when I get married about my options.

a media device that lets you store videos/music on it to watch for later. Think I-Phone but a much bigger storage capacity and doesn't have the ability to call people, though newer generations let you connect to the internet.

So was Apple at one point. I-Pods, Macbook Air, I-Phones. Apple love them or hate them has come out with some of the best equipment at one point. Course, this was before Jobs died and it got ran by marketing. Jobs might have been nuts, but at least he gave a shit about his products.

Your health is priority number 1. Trust me. I'm in my early 30s and I've had the majority of the embarrassing tests done, I'd rather be safe than sorry. Your wife is your wife because she loves you. Go to the doctor, get the genitalia exam, prostate exam, x-rays, whatever exam you need to get. It could be something extremely minor, it could be something extremely major. I've had all of those done, because at the end of the day those doctors have seen and performed those exams more times than you can think of.

It could be something to do with your brain, it could be something in the groin. The body is a weird thing like that.

No offense intended, but you really can't have real expectations of any "higher ups" in retail. Even the person up top doesn't have much sense to figure out things because it's hard for most any business to adapt to nation-wide or global changes.

The managers in my store were puppets sans one guy. Don't wanna hate because everyone is dealt a different hand and just trying to get by, but the hierarchy is misleading. The floor staff knew better, even turned down manager positions.

None taken, but my head manager really is an idiot. We had 2 lesser managers yelling at staff for no reason and he did nothing about it. And when I say yelling at staff, I mean yelling at staff. We implemented temperature taking in the store, the produce manager was pissed off that I got stuck in traffic and was late by 5 minutes, as she was the one doing the test. "I HAVE PLACES TO BE" was her words. Immediately after that she decided to come to my section of the store and start yelling at all 3 of us, meanwhile she's the fucking produce manager, not our departments manager. The other one only got fired after she yelled at our direct department manager, because our manager walked into the public manager office while she was eating in there and "didn't want to be disturbed".

This doesn't even touch on the fact that our store was swamped one day late May, my department manager asked the door lady to slow it down as the registers were swamped, and I was by myself and couldn't keep up with the people entering the store(obviously she ignored my manager despite it being her manager as well). My store manager comes in, asks how things are, and when I told him how busy it was and that it would be nice if we could slow it down a bit to let the lineups clear up, he pretty much snapped at me and said roughly "I'll be the one to decide that, you just focus on your job", while telling the door lady to let in as many people as she could because "he doesn't like lines". Meanwhile, there were 5 carts free, none outside.

The produce manager I purposely avoid. She will drop whatever she is doing to yell at any of us, despite her having no authority. She's even stopped us from doing our job because "there doesn't need to be 3 people out getting carts, one of you will just stand in the porch doing nothing instead". Believe you me, I'm making a list and checking it twice. I'm leaving a big list of complaints on the head managers desk when I leave, as well as emailing the complaints to corporate. My coworker bent down to tie his shoes, she saw him bend down and then proceeded to yell at him and write him up.

Yeah, our province is kind of messed up. We had a taco bell but it was generic tacos, the kind you'd find in the freezer section. Our KFC also stopped serving crispy chicken. No real loss these days since we have a Quesada and another chicken place that does it all better anyways.

Yeah, we all laughed at that. He was still living at home so it wasn't a huge loss. Also A&W where I live doesn't have curly fries, or snoopy.

No, that's not unstable. That's being reasonable. In Canada they have a minimum wage. When he got hired it was something like 8.75. After 3 years it was raised to 11, but he was still getting paid 10.75. They upped his pay to 11, but considering the time he spent there, it should have went up to 13.75.

Luckily he now works as a cook making 17/h. He can't really afford to go to college to make real money but its not bad.

One of my managers at an old job once called the cops to someone's house because they, a new hire, didn't show up for a shift, so, Ya!!

I got a funny story about something like that. My friends friends brother got hired on to work a convenience store, worked his first shift, was told he was doing a good job. On his walk back home he got a call from the same manager that told him that he didn't need him anymore. Now, you may think he was doing something wrong, but this was the same manager that was paying my other buddy less than the new hires, when he was working there for 3 years(my buddy gave her the middle finger, and got a job at A&W the same day).

I finally got back to work at my retail job today(was sick the past 2 weeks with a cold), walk in the door and its packed, I mean really packed. I get we live in a safe province but seriously this was ridiculous. Every other retail store is limiting people to 100ish. Not our store though, we have taken off the cap, and people aren't social distancing from one another, and the door person was just letting them in one after another, with the words "As long as we have carts, I'll keep letting them in".

God I can't wait to quit in a months time for full time college.

why are people pretending yiazmat is hard in 2020, even back when the game came out most people knew that he was a joke compared to omega who actually required some semblance of strategy

I remember back in early gamefaqs someone talked about how he could be beat Yiazmat with the right Gambits in place without you even touching the controller. That you could leave the system on overnight and come back and he'd be dead.

He wants things to get back to normal, even if it won't be normal due to everyone getting sick and some dying. My boss was the same way. Everyone limits the amount of people coming into their stores to 60-70 people. Not our store, 300 is our limit, even though we aren't any bigger than those stores. Thankfully we don't have to deal with the virus much where I'm from, haven't had a case in 3 weeks.

Having a soda now and then isn't too bad. Long as you don't drink them religiously. That said, I would rather drink soda than Energy Drinks.

Speaking as someone who has dated a 20 year old who had a 3 month old, to me it just felt like I was being used. She'd only hang out if her toddler needed something at the store, and the one time we were supposed to go on a date alone her father told her that he couldn't look after the baby(which I later found out was a lie). Pretty much said I won't be doing that again. I may date someone who has an older kid, but the kid can't be younger than 5 or 6.

I would have loved to have been part of the audience for Titus. That show was awesome.

Humans are lucky we didn't get the ridiculous strength that Gorillas have. Scary stuff.

If I were that family, I'd immediately contact my lawyer and see if there is anything that can be done about it. They shouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff.

I'm sitting at around 286 right now, was up to 296. Not proud of it, but stress and a heavy work schedule have kind of my desire to lose weight right now. I'll get back into it the fall.

And that it may not, but of the 3 people I know of that have left handed writing, none of them are that great. Christ one of the guys I work with makes his writing look like a kindergardeners.
