It's legal here before anyone asks.

I've been on ADD meds, which help me focus and are like drinking 3 red bulls, but if at all possible I would like to try Cannabis in some form, since I have other issues(anxiety, slight depression and the like), and the meds seem to up the effects of that. How long does it usually last in your system? As well, should I go for pills, gummys or plain pot, which I can grow if given the go ahead by my doctor?

You can treat anxiety and depression, mental illness in general with proper diet, supplementation and exercise. Most people prefer to take pills, but you'll be better off in the long term with the suggestions I made.

Let me guess, you don't exercise, you don't watch your diet, you take no health supplements and you're over/under weight?

I work in a physically intensive environment, so that's about 30 hours a week of labor intensive stuff. I do watch what I eat, but I tend to overeat. I'm also nearing on 35 so my metabolism is slowing down compared to where I was 15 years ago....100 pounds lighter. Yes, I am overweight, sitting at around 287 right now, working on getting it down, but its a slow process. Regardless I'd still be on medication for my blood pressure as I have a kidney defect.

But yeah, in my free time I'm around a computer most of the time, and it's only going to get worse when I go to online college in the fall, where I'll be sitting on my computer for most of the week. I just want something that is going to help me focus and plan a bit better.

But even when I was 190 lbs I still had mental problems.

I used to have a roommate that was a big dude, he was 6'5 but also about 370. We smoked daily, multiple times a day. He went clean for nearly 10 weeks and failed a drug test for THC applying for a new job. I think it's safe to say, if you are larger in size, 3 months should be safe.

They don't test for drugs at work, they just don't like us smoking pot at work. Retail work. Mostly I just want it for home since I'm going to be self-isolating for the next year outside of visiting my friends house.

it stays in your system longer the more you use it. One time it will probably be gone in about 72 hours if you smoke daily eventually it could take longer than a month.

The effects from edibles feel a lot different than smoking. Depends on your preference. I wouldnt suggest growing it unless you know what you are doing you are better off going to a dispensary

Weight is normally a contributing factor towards physical problems. We're you on your blood pressure meds at 190lbs?

I would highly recommend 3-5grams of fish oil per day to help with cognitive function and correct behavior. A multivitamin to help fight food cravings and give more mental clarity and green tea every day with no sweetener to prevent depression and encourage weight loss.

Dietary suggestions will likely be ignored, but the above is relatively simple to do and will cost you less than $30 a month.

Yeah, we have a dispensary downtown, its just a little annoying to get to, as I think the virus thing has shut it down temporarily.

This seems about right. Once or twice here and there, gone within a few days. But once you start doing it daily, or even weekly or bi-weekly on a regular basis, it's best to say it will remain with you for up to a month.

Lmao

Anyway yeah don't bother attempting to grow it. With how widely available it is now there is no point. Sure it'd be free (If you even succeed in growing half-way decent weed) but the potency of the stuff you get from a dispensary will be exponentially better

I've been on blood pressure meds since I was 7 years old, so yes, It's a defect with one my kidneys. And I rarely have food cravings. Some days I just can't be bothered to cook in general and will go without eating, or just eat a sandwich.
