Having a soda now and then isn't too bad. Long as you don't drink them religiously. That said, I would rather drink soda than Energy Drinks.

Quit drinking soda about 2 months ago(44oz once a day). I've made a bunch of other diet changes so I can't say how much soda was the culprit but god damn do I feel lighter and less bloated throughout the day.
