Fighting dogs were bred to fight. They were literally genetically engineered to fill that "need"

They breed them to have traits that make them better for fighting. Size, flexibility, speed, etc. They beat the dogs to get them to fight.

Working dogs have to be trained to do their jobs. Huskies are better suited to pull sleds but they don't do it by instinct. My is a lab but hates water when Labs are trained to retreive things from water.

You guys are stupid to believe they can breed a dog that just starts fighting. Dogs are pack animals and they would just bond. The terrible people beat and traumatize them to get them to do what they do.

Also, for a lab you're not finding them on the street. For a Pitbull you can find them anywhere. My ex bought a chocolate lab and costs 2500 dollars. If you need a dog that looks mean to stick in the yard you aint paying that

I think there should be better legislation on who can own a dog and much harsher penalties if your dog attacks another dog or a person. I think to own a dog you should be able to prove that you can teach your dog basic commands like sit, stay, and come.

i agree, i think its a bit lazy narratively. Especially since its not like Gwyn is from a time so far away. You fight all of his kids, knights, and him in the game and yet his motives are things we guess at.

The idea that Souls games need a story mode implies there is a narrative worth a damn in any of them to actually experience, which is patently false and renders the idea moot. Souls stories are amazing wikis and extremely poor to play.

On the other hand, an easy mode does absolutely nothing to detract from the experience for other people; unless you're telling on yourself that you're weak and would break down and use it if it were available, so fuck it, put one in.

Edit: this post was too mean, Bloodborne is cool and good both narratively and mechanically

I disagree, i feel like if you know what to look for you can get the story on the first go but if you're new to the series it can be a bit of a mess.

I think the Souls series has a great story but i'm not a fan of the "the community fills in the holes just like in real history" some of the people have.

The episode varies with people, but basically the brain warps reality to make it rationalize that everything around them is trying to persecute you. It's an odd feeling because when I was in that state, I knew myself that I was warping reality, but to my mind and perception it's a real feeling. It's pretty surreal.

I agree with that. And I also feel like if you take a comedic approach to non comedic atmosphere and then try to fall back on "it's just jokes", you're the one being a douche and dumb. But when you go to a place literally called "Comedy Central" and act like it should be held by high politically correct standards, you're just being silly. Just coming to this board shows Im fine with things being politically correct in group settings where it's not just all fun and games chatting. But don't go to a place advertising comedy and treat it as having higher meaning than comedy. Same thing as going to a stand up show and acting like the comedian is taking a hard stance on issues.

Comedy is not above criticism and being offensive for the sake of being offensive doesn't give something a pass.

It's not defending Southpark. It's defending comedy as a whole from dying because some people use what they see in Comedy for evil. Which, literally everything is used for evil if you look deep enough. You guys are heading in a direction to get comedy abolished or heavy censored to baby proof the world from idiots.
