Park and Rec hits it's stride in season 2 and never lets up.

The simpsons being 2 is criminal and i say that as a huge simpsons fan. Its been awful more than its been good.

The way the market is right now it's really hard to actually find a car and test drive it first. So you have to do all the research you can online then special order it from the dealership, then when it arrives you can finally drive it and see if you really like it and if not you just tell them "nah I don't want it" and they'll be like "aw shucks now we have to put it in our inventory with a $5000 markup and sell it within a week"

ehhh, its kinda iffy.

Criticism is more about the subject and complaining is more about yourself.

Criticism is like "the way they added/nerfed/buffed this enemy in this video game it was handled wrong"

Complaining is "I hate this game and what they did with this enemy."

You could do both at the same time but they arent really the same.

My point is just that if you're at the point where you're constantly complaining about said thing then you should move on to something else. It becomes toxic when you're constantly telling people how much you hate the thing.

There's a difference between criticism and complaining.

My friends that play MMOs like WoW, Final Fantasy, or Destiny all complain about the game the whole time.

I personally play destiny and if things start being changed in the way that i dont like i just take a break until its fixed or go do something else. I stopped playing for like a year or two at one point.

I dont get the mindset of continuing to do it then complaining the whole time you do it. Just dont play the game. It cant be fun for you at that point.

Game of Thrones had the same thing. We know by the 6th season the quality was worse. It was enjoyable but you had people complaining like it was the worst thing to ever happen to TV yet they watched every week.

JUST DO SOMETHING ELSE.

ive had enough orders delievered to the wrong apartment, get lost and give me cold food, put door delievery and they make me come to the street while im working because they dont want to get out of their cars.

Just being the middle man of food delivery isnt enough to warrant a tip. Its for good service and not a requirement. I've worked for tips and if i did some of the shit these app drivers have done to me i wouldnt expect a tip either.

That's a dumb thing to say especially since Consequence and Rhymefest wrote most of his lyrics early on and they are both great lyricists.

Prometheus was badly written and Covenant tried to fix it but it didnt work IMO

Can someone for the life of me explain why people loved Dredd so much? I liked the movie and Karkl Urban, but people act like it's some unappreciated masterpiece. I'm not really sure if it even beats Fury Road.

I think you might be overstating that. People like Dredd because its a great action film that adapted the comic really well. The slow mo stuff was cool and Dredd was a bad ass the whole time.

It was a great movie that deserved more success than it got. I've never seen anyone call it a masterpiece but it was a definitely a great action movie.

There are lot of other far less niche terms for both short people and little girl in Japanese, including chibi for the former which is still a slang term but without the sexual connotation or shogakusei, grade school student.

It's also weird since Loli is a term derived from Lolita which is from a book about a guy molesting a 12 year old girl

i enjoyed the movie but yeah i didnt really like the ending either. Felt like a cop out.

There's 3 other women in the picture. neither of them are drawn as childlike as her. Also, im pretty sure Lucy is the youngest of the 4 and she's way more adult.

But honestly anime ages are bulls***, and that's demonstrated by non lolis. There are multiple examples of girls with an adult body... that are like 14. Or younger. And they're human with no explanation for how they look.

My issue is that you can draw kids that look like kids lol. Look at "Spirited Away" the main character is 10 years old and looks like she's 10 years old and pretty much acts like it.

this topic is trying to defend these oversexualized "minors" who are really "adults". Drawing a character that looks like a kid but does adult things that are sexual or borderline sexual is wrong.

Regardless if the character is an "entrepreneur". Also, for the petite thing. If you took a character like Faye from Cowboy Bepop and shrunk her height she would still look like an adult.

Case in point: Genshin Impact recently introduced a loli who, among other things, is a hugely successful entrepreneur and is a long-time acquaintance with one of the adults. Yet she still gets labeled a minor by some of the cancerous fanbase and has harassed the voice actress and cosplayers for promoting/sexualizing minors.

drawing a character who looks like a sexualized minor and then calling them an entrepreneur doesn't excuse the fact that they are drawn like a sexualized minor.

Also, you can draw a petite woman without making her look like a child. Petite women just look like women who are short and slim. They dont have the facial features of a 7 year old girl.
