TC use your brain. FF7 Remake was on PS4 and PS5. It also had an Intergrade version. Of course Remake sold more. Not as many PS5s are in every home like the PS4 was by this point and its a sequel thats reliant on people playing Remake lol.

Came in to post this. My route to work has had the same left lane closed for construction sign for 2 months now and theres still jackasses lining up in the left lane slowing down everyone in the right.

That's what I did, and I love it. I used to have a rent house living paycheck to paycheck. The kicker though is I already had land. Now I'm pocketing over 80% of my income.

Haven't had to do any repairs either.

Thats awesome! How long have you been doing it? I was looking up for one the best RVs in my area and it was around $170k range which is cheaper than renting a house or apartment in my area especially after considering the utilities and extra bills I pay now. Or at least it said the monthly payment would be like $1200. This is for the wife and I who work from home. This is also not even thinking buying land but just either staying with a family member or parking in Walmarts or campgrounds most nights while getting to travel the country whenever we want.

Just giving up on the idea of paying rent, mortgage, and utilities? Selling all your assets and buying an RV and living on the road while working from your laptop? Assuming you work from home that is.

I sometimes wonder what the yearly costs for such a life would be and if its actually manageable to live your life on the road.

Watched it last night. Was pretty good and kept going more into detail as the video progressed.

Ill spoil what happened to maybe encourage people who were on the fence about watching because of the length.

19 year old crashes his car into a lake in the cold month of February. Gets into the water to try and hide evidence. Almost freezes to death. Makes up story to police that he was just going for a drive and made a mistake with parking the vehicle on a ramp. Police discover blood on vehicle but let the teen go. Mom next day discovers a trash bag in the sons closet and is horrified to find a head and hands in there. Son is approached by cops and son casually admits to everything and surrenders peacefully.

Police interrogate the teen and he goes into detail with his motive, background, and the gory details of the murder. Tells the police he dressed up as Michael Myers and used a machete. Friends, teachers, and parents are all questioned about the teens past and a bunch of red flags are present like how he once killed and decapitated a cat, has a morbid sense of humor, was obsessed with human autonomy and decapitations. Parents were aware but didnt get the teen help and just assumed that was normal behavior and only had him on an anti anxiety med. Friends and teachers all thought he would shoot up a school some day with the things hed tell them and his fascination with reading books on school shootings.

Lots more details emerged in the video and the teen thought because of his age that no matter what he would get out of prison after 15-20 years. Dude got life without parole instead and screwed any defense he had for admitting insanity by the way he detailed the murder.

Its amazing to me how clueless parents can be with their kids. They thought it was perfectly normal to let a kid that was diagnosed on the spectrum with major depression, anxiety, some and form of schizo, have a fascination with horror movies, morbid humor, serial killers, and school shootings. Like they started to question him when they discovered a set of knives, duck tape, zip ties, and other weapons for torture previously so he threw them away and they all moved on from it a year prior. He didnt have a bad childhood at all and was just allowed to be molded by his fascination with violence with all his conditions.

There are zero great rock bands making new music today. Has been that way since 2010. No one has been able to prove that to me personally. I believe that people just lower their standards every decade since then.

Not really to the extent of my example being Kansas City that is sort of a shit hole too. People are paying $1500 a month for a home without a drive way or $400k+ for a home without a driveway or is off a busy street. A location like say NYC or Silicon Valley I get.

Every now and then Ill do a search around the country for a 2 bedroom home for rent or sale just out of curiosity and its all over the place with condition and location. Ill see literal trash heap homes listed as diamond in the rough for $250k with a roof barely attached. Then Ill see nice homes in a quiet not well known neighborhood for $180k.

Ill then see a home for $200k thats too good to be true just to see the description post that its a starting price for an auction.

Renting prices are roughly the same besides your big cities and even those are really deceptive. Ill see $900 rent homes listed and then Ill click the listing just to see its a shared 1 bedroom.

Then theres me that only pays $600 a month for a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with half finished basement. My neighborhood is pretty decent too for at least a few miles from my neighborhood. Makes it hard to justify buying a house at this moment. The house is worth around $100k just like some of these diamond is the rough homes I saw. I got lucky finding my landlord though. It just happened to be on Craigslist around 5 years ago from a property manager that looked too good to be true at the time.

Makes it hard to believe these prices are anywhere near accurate knowing my landlord is doing just fine renting out 3-4 homes for affordable prices. He even fixes anything that goes wrong same day or next. So how is it these other landlords and realtor companies are able to get away with it federally and by state knowing its bad for the economy if people cant afford a good chunk of these homes?

If you want a decently good pc set up it will cost between $1000-1200. This is including parts that will actually last 6 years and still be able to play games until the next gen.

I loved visiting Germany for a week when I was there and cant wait to go back on a more extended trip. Driving on the autobahn was so easy and actually enjoyable compared to anywhere else including America. Its like most of them know how to drive on the autobahn over there lol.

The beer is great and sometimes the food can be meh to great depending on where you go. Their dessert game is top notch though. The people are beautiful there and mostly friendly and mostly speak English too!

They taste really good NGL. I usually count my macros cause Ive got an eating disorder so when I read the labels on those its a hard pass for me. Plus tomato soup on its own isn't going to keep me full for very long.

If people left look at the calorie content in some of these boxed dinners theyre actually not that bad and taste pretty good. They can be a good alternative to cooking for people like myself who dont want to take the time to prep and cook.

Pretty much thats all I buy. Dont have the patience to plan and cook myself meals for work and I often read the macros on the back of the boxes so Im not buying the ones with 800+ sodium. When you can buy boxed dinners for $3-4 it feels like a great deal when youre getting 20 grams of protein and 300+ calories per meal for dieting.

Breakfast I usually eat oatmeal or yogurt with fruit. Lunch and dinner its usually one of the boxed meals.
