Topic	Finding a different job sucks when current job cuts your wages

Its a non profit company so theyre tax exempt as well so their earnings and wages are public knowledge. They are purposely short staffing us and announced wage cuts next month to save on money for the time being. So now Im looking for a new job by next month.
