Uncle did this, got weird brown spots on his skin, prediabetes, kidney stones, the works. Really took his health seriously after that, and he looks great for his age now, but it's better to just not go through it in the first place.

Dragon Warrior 3 on the GBC was my first standard JRPG experience. It's also why I don't like most JRPGs; most flat out don't hold up, or just retread old ground.
