yeahh FFCC games in general have a pretty distinctive atmosphere from mainseries stuff that's a folksy sort of cheerfulness. Part of why I really enjoy TCB is just how relaxing it is to play around so the music definitely contributes

You also have to remember that while, yes, the president has a big role in setting priorities, Congress is ultimately writing legislation, and the President is typically going to sign whatever their party passes if they have majorities. If Dems can win the Senate, both a President Sanders and a President Biden would both be signing that same mountain of bills Mitch McConnell has rotting on his desk.
