the economy in online trading for Animal Crossing is pretty typically fucked just from time travelers but yeah dupe glitch definitely dumping gallons onto that

[responding to post about 1 digital copy shared across 2 switches visiting each other's island]
I do that currently and it works. I have my own swotch, my gf has a switch lite, I bought the game digitally. We both have our own islands, and can visit each other via WiFi (NOT local, since WiFi gets turned off and nintendo needs to make sure you own the game)

So did you try local or wifi?
