I think most people try to avoid crying in public regardless of gender. Some people can't help it in certain situations but it's a weird thing to take pride in doing.

I'd say 10 years ago I didn't understand how utterly corrupt everything and everyone is. I viewed politics mostly with apathy then as opposed to now where I view it mostly with pessimism.

The first time I really noticed this trend of people having circle jerks over deaths of ideological "enemies" was when Total Biscuit died. TB could certainly be an ass at times and he had some bad takes but the joy some people took in his death always struck me as crazy. He wasn't like a pedo or a dictator or something, he was just a grumpy brit that rambled about games and the gaming community. And things have only gotten more extreme since then. What an ugly way to behave.

I started to reroll for this game but then I kinda gave up. I like Nier but I can never stick with these autoplay RPGs. They are too boring to actually play. It's one thing to do a report or biography of an infamous (and arguably one of the most terrible in this case) historical figure. It's another to have their crimes and atrocities literally framed as "accomplishments".

Well, I mean, becoming a leader of country is undeniably an accomplishment even if you're evil and that's all she calls an accomplishment. That is a good point. I've watched 4 CW shows: Flash, Arrow, Supernatural and The Vampire Dairies and every one followed that pattern. Though I hear Supernatural didn't get quite as bad as the others(dropped it at like season 7 myself).

You know if Trump was still President this topic would be full of "Trumps America" comments. Yet somehow Biden gets a free pass. Funny how that works.

What wasted potential this show was. I really loved the first season. Second started strong but ended pretty weak. Everything I saw after that was trash and after a while I just dropped it. Too bad.

MoP obviously. I've never really been super into Metallica(though I do enjoy them occasionally) but when I think Metallica I think MoP. Funny enough, growing up I was in the odd position of hearing MoP more then Enter Sandman because my Dad would play MoP constantly at my house so Enter Sandman never even really had that *the* Metallica song nostalgia to me that it has for a lot of non-fans.

Tom Holland doesn't even use Twitter really. Only posts every few months and when he does it is just stuff to promote his movies. No real reason to follow him. Chris Evans posts a bit more often but his posts are largely political ramblings which can be a drag if you're not into that stuff. Not surprising he'd unfollow either.

Detroit is worse in every way. Aside from the Conor stuff the storylines in Detroit are utter trash. Death Stranding is ultra weird and on the nose in certain ways to the point of silliness(though the same can be said about Detroit) but at least it has Mads Mikkelsen killing it and the world itself is rather fascinating. In terms of gameplay, Death Stranding is weird but it actually has gameplay mechanics and a big open world. Detroit has very minimal and linear gameplay. Graphics and music? It's not even really a contest. Death Stranding is vastly superior. Now this doesn't mean you'll necessarily like Death Stranding. It is not a game for everyone. But it's a better game then Detroit.
