Anyone else having trouble using Youtube on Firefox? It signed me out and when I try to sign in it doesn't even give me an option. Just goes to an "Oops" page. Chrome works fine though.

Seeing the clip, I don't really think that's as positive as you're making it out to be. He's not like "Oh no. I'd never do that. It's wrong.". It's more like "If you wanted to do that it would indeed help the environment" but he doesn't commit it himself which means he knows if he committed to that it'd fuck him but at the same time he tries to pander to question asker. Which says to me he's just a typical politician. He says what he needs to say to get votes. Hardly some bastion of sticking up for what he believes in.

I already have it preordered. I have pretty low standards tbqh. The God Eater guys are not AAA but I find their games fun. Could see why some people don't though.

I'm still unsure. Edelgard really does seem like anime Dany. But I never really liked Dany much(even before season 8) so...ehh. Dimitri looks fucking dope post timeskip though he seems a bit emo. Claude seems to have the most interesting personality though his design is my least favorite. I'll probably go for Edelgard(first run) simply because I like the Black Eagles the most overall.

In terms of health risks cousin incest isn't very dangerous. People hate it because it's "icky". There's no real logic or anything.

Edit: Eh, it's not as blatant as I remember but I still argue that the fact they had to single out one woman to sacrifice herself to save Valkyrie is a big sign that there was supposed to be something "more" between them.

Civilians can't fly fighter jets as far as I know. The jet he's in is a 2 seat so it stands to reason that he's really in there while it's flying but it's almost certainly a Blue Angel pilot doing the actual flying in the front seat.

I find this strange more then anything. It doesn't bother me, I just don't really see the point. You're not even sparing people's feelings. Who cares about manholes enough to get their feelings hurt over it?? I can't imagine anyone like that exists.

Disappointing though my backlog is so big that doesn't truly matter. Probably still be working on Three Houses in September anyway.

I thought DmC wasn't bad level design wise actually the visual variety is the main reason to play it and overall it is mostly inoffensive. I think it's better than 2 and 4

DMC3 had good level design, it was the best maybe after 1 in the series before 5 I just think 5 accentuates it's flaws

The level design in DmC wasn't bad visually. It was just how the game was basically like: Move this platform to you -> Hook to this other platform -> Hook to this other platform -> Move this platform to you -> Hook to this other platform -> Long jump to this other platform -> Get in a quick fight -> Find a key -> Move this platform to you -> Hook to this other platform -> Hook to this other platform -> Find door for key -> repeat.

Not level design. Like seriously, I really enjoyed the game, think it's overall great because the combat is main reason you play DMC and 5 is top notch. But idk why I'm not seeing more people talking about god awful the level design is. No exploration, even by smaller DMC standards. It's like a brief, straight line from arena to arena.

This is what it comes down to. Series is designed to be replayed. The level design is actually in the way in DMC3 sometimes and DMC4 a lot of the time. No one wants to play a shitty dice game, or a platforming section on cubes, etc. I think theres a part of DMC3 later in the game that feels like a bit of a drag on replays(maybe missions 15 on, for the levels, not the combat which stays great).

Even with the level design better on initial plays I feel like DMC5 has so much over it.

I actually think exploration/puzzles/level design were the worst in DmC. So much of that game was jumping around from place to place. It felt like you spent more time doing that then you did fighting. If they got rid of all that crap and spent those resources improving the combat that game could have turned out better.

I wasn't saying the guy wasn't a nazi, I was saying the fight has seemingly nothing to do with him being nazi. It was for money. Which is to say, even if he wasn't a nazi he still would have gotten the same asskicking.

Aside from the warrant it isn't really not much different then anyone else who commits a crime tbqh. If you commit a crime and the cops are able to track you down to your house you're pretty fucked and if you resist you're going to get even more fucked. How tragic it is when criminals get caught.

I guess when you break it down to it's most basic level you are knowingly doing something that could hurt another person and in a very broad sense that is "wrong". In a more practical sense though there are levels. Are you sleeping with your friend or brother's girlfriend? You're a piece of shit. Are you seducing a married coworker via a long term gameplan? You're kind of a scumbag. Are you hooking up with some random chick who you met at a club who says she has a boyfriend "but not tonight"? Ehh...she was going to cheat with someone that night so it might as well be you.

The only thing I passed judgment on involving this story is that I think people are jumping to conclusions too early. Because always do. Like remember last week when "cops pulled on a gun on pregnant woman because her daughter stole a doll" but a few days later it came out that the father had also stolen stuff and, most importantly, they fled from the police(which is the actual reason the cops drew weapons on them). But of course the clickbait never mentions that part of the story and by the time people hear about they've already committed to defending their side.

Fleeing from police is not a valid reason to shoot someone.
